Newly built/furnished with all modern amenities. The staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast has got lots of varieties. The view from the sea facing rooms and terrace is amazing. Super clean and close to the beach.

Our one week holidays went absolutely perfect. The stuff of the hotel is on the highest level. On every matter they tried to be helpful. Hotel is very clean and there is a pool for guests.

There were some minor issues with clothes rail hanging off the wall, safe deposit box locked on arrival, odd splattering of something up the walls. The broken clothes rail was reported within 5 minutes of checking in and although the manager said it would be fixed it wasn’t during our 4 nights stay which was annoying when trying to dry swimming stuff

They say location is everything and this hotel delivers stunning views of Sarande that cannot be faulted. Hotel felt modern with great facilities that include a superb rooftop bar that we regularly ended each night with a cocktail and started each day with a generous breakfast that caters for all tastes from sausages, bacon, eggs to yogurt, fruit, cheeses, meats, croissants etc. Room itself was spacious with mini fridge and kettle, for our party of three there was plenty of space and bathroom was also a good size with a mirror that lit up and was appreciated by my daughter. Reception staff were amazing with a special shout out to the girl, I’ve forgotten her name, but she went the extra mile to book a taxi so we could see the sunset from the castle. Despite some minor issues I would highly recommend this lovely family run hotel and would happily return next time I’m in Sarande.

The double room didn’t have air conditioning that reached both rooms equally, so only one side was properly cooled, and there were no fans available. The room was also quite dark, with very limited natural light. Additionally, the poolside beds weren’t clean, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the area, and the service was outstanding , the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop is absolutely beautiful, with an amazing view that made the experience even more special. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes, definitely a highlight of the morning. Highly recommend.

The team at Julia Hotel all of them were amazing friendly and ensured we were looked after. Location is perfect, breakfast exceptional and beaches near by. Our Room Deluxe Suite was great value for money and beautiful. Incredible views from the balcony!

I love the breakfast, which is really generous, and has great views of the north coast of Corfu. This was my second visit and I hope to return again.

Had the best experience here! The most welcoming amazing staff that made our huge family feel so special. Wendy who works at reception is so personable with the best suggestions. The pool was awesome to break the mid day heat. And location- perfect!! Short walk to the beach and the strip. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

- no chair in the room, but we did have 2 chairs on the balcony, so it was fine after all. - no shower gel, only hand wash and shampoo, but we had our own shower gel anyway.

- location is incredibly good, near the promenade - view is breathtaking from the room and rooftop breakfast restaurant - delicious breakfast and... man, those pancakes! - accepts card payment, free supervised parking - staff is very friendly and the receptionist responded to all our needs, advised us about what to do, where to eat, she speaks very good English and is very professional - nice shower with high water pressure - room looks very nice and modern, although we missed having a chair in the room.

Our room seemed new but not finished yet as there were wires sticking out wall for tv, light fittings hanging down, no fixtures in bathroom to hang a towel. Also the bed was too soft for our liking but that could be personal preference. Request to pay in euros otherwise their currency conversion to lek is above going rate.

Good location, super close to a small beach with free sun beds if you buy food/drink from the restaurant, short walk to esplanade. Nice pool. Everything very new and clean. All the staff were lovely. Great breakfast with amazing views.

Having to go home

We liked pretty much everything about this hotel. The rooms are bright, clean, comfortable and the view we had over the bay across to Corfu was spectacular. Despite being right in the heart of Sarande, the hotel was suitably sound proofed and night time noise wasn’t an issue at all. The absolute best feature of this hotel is without a doubt the manager, Albi, and his team who went out of their way at every opportunity to make our stay the best it could be. Special thanks goes out to Wendi in reception, our font of local knowledge and a truly lovely person. We initially booked for 9 nights but loved the hotel and Sarande so much that we extended by several days, and we look forward to a return visit!

Excellent location, close to all amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views of Saranda from the rooftop bar. Enjoyed breakfast and relaxing there. Room was clean and as described/in pictures, comfortable and met our needs. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

I wouldn’t say I disliked anything although it was very loud outside loud music till the early hours from the entertainment around no fault of hotel But rooms are not totally sound proof

We had drinks at the pool and the guy charged us £20 for 4 bottles of Corona, so expensive so didn't drink there again, there is a shop over the road much cheaper. Breakfast was great, just wish it was from 7am instead 8. Barely ever anyone on reception.

Great location, pool area was lush and the view from the balcony was just stunning. Room a great size and the shower was spot on. Also give you towels for the pool which is helpful.
