The only thing to improve is to add shower gel and shampoo to the bathroom and kettle for the kitchen. It would have made our trip even more comfortable.

The room, common spaces and view from balcony were just great. 15 minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes away from the store and just 2 minutes from bus stop. The room was clean and comfortable, small kitchen had almost everything needed for a long stay. The breakfast was tasty and well- prepared. The family that owns the house was really nice and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back.

The facilities were very good. The bathroom was lovely and the bed very comfortable. We had a gorgeous view of the sea. The staff were also incredible! The owner came and carried my 30kg suitcase up two flights of stairs when I arrived and when I left he helped me carry it to the bus station. He was unbelievably kind. Him and his wife did not speak the best English but their young son would translate and they were all very generous and accommodating. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay as well as the owner saying “Bon appetita” every morning when he served us our breakfast

It was a very lovely and comfort stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! In the room we had everything, that we needed. Not far from all the restaurants, shops and the beaches. The hosts were very friendly and kind, even made for us a nice breakfast. It was a plus , that we could pay for the room by card and had extra blankets.

The shower did not have its own plate so the bathroom would get totally wet. This is something we have seen in many other locations in the country

New looking property, has a private parking space and it's just 5 minutes away on foot to the main street of restaurants and bars, which is very convenient while away from the noise and traffic. Varying breakfast with good coffee served every morning. Beds were very comfy. The room also had a fridge and a stove, and there was a fridge in the common area with different beverages available to take at any time (to be paid to the host)

The sunset view from our balcony was beautiful, the sun sets over the bay, the islands and Corfu in the distance. Every day we were given a different breakfast of either omelette, lepinja/mekitsi, pancakes etc with fruit, milk, juice, coffee- very generous portions. The room was clean and bright with everything you need. The host family were very kind and friendly. Parking on site. Perfect location on the south side of Ksamil for easy access to Butrint National Park (5min by car). Also, try Grill Zone 5 min walk for excellent BBQ food for dinner. Beaches are walkable (20-25min) but better to find the quiet spots out of town by car.

We rested from June 3 to June 9, 2024. We were warmly greeted by the owners. Very nice family. They helped us bring our things into the room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room has everything you need, even a mini kitchen. There is air conditioning, but we didn't use it because we were spending time on the beach. The hotel is located on a hill, which allows you to enjoy beautiful views. Very tasty and filling breakfast. Super good coffee 👍🏻. The hostess cooks it herself and serves everything warm. Every day was different breakfast . For us it was enough for the whole day. We snacked on fruit during the day, because in the heat we don’t really feel like eating, and ate dinner in local cafes and restaurants. But the hotel offers a menu and you can order food for a fee. For those who have a car there are parking spaces. Overall we had a pleasant stay. I already miss you and am planning my next trip. Highly recommend!

Our hosts were super friendly. It's a family-run establishment, and they are very engaged in what they do. Very nice view from upper levels at Ksamil's Bay and its islands. We didn't have big expectations regarding the breakfasts that were included, but they turned out to be very tasty. If I ever visit Ksamil again, Joni Apartaments will be my first choice

The location is great - near the city, beaches max 15min when slow walking, supermarkets/restaurants up to 10mins, one stop by bus to Butrint - everything at hand. Rooms are clean, very beautiful view from the balcony, accommodation got everything you need for your stay. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Hosts are very friendly and nice and always willing to help with everything you need. Would recommend.
