We spent one night at this hotel and I must say it really surprised me. I had an excellent experience, starting with the staff who were very professional, attentive, and ready to meet all your needs. The hotel overall is modern, as well as the rooms. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of both sweet and savory options. I highly recommend it if you’re planning to visit Ksamil.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The service was impeccable from start to finish, every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself was spotless, with attention to cleanliness clearly a top priority. Breakfast each morning was divine, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We truly felt well taken care of and completely at ease throughout our visit. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. It’s a very minor point but you can’t get sun around the pool much later than 4:30pm - but as we most l spent most our time on the beaches, it really is a minor point. The pool is great and the sunbeds are incredibly comfortable - you also get beach/pool towels.

The hotel is in a great location as it’s away from the main strip but only a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants and approx a 10 minute walk from the beaches. Ndricime and Armela were incredibly warm, welcoming, helpful and happy to help with any request and/or query. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the rooms are great and were incredibly quiet (important for me as I have become less tolerant of noise over time). Hotel breakfast is a feast - I don’t think we managed to finish a whole breakfast for the duration of our stay and we all enjoyed the options made available to us. We had lunch a couple of times and they were simple and incredibly tasty.

Beautiful modern property, large rooms, incredible breakfast and the loveliest staff. We had the best stay here and highly recommend it. The breakfast is superb, but our absolute favourite were the staff - they were super friendly and helpful, and made our stay feel like a home away from home.

Nothing that I can think of.

Myself and my friend had a fantastic stay at Ionan Breeze. The staff were extremely friendly and so attentive. Our room was gorgeous- clean, comfortable and modern. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. We also ordered lunch/dinner twice which was also delicious. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed spending the day there with excellent service, providing us with cocktails and food. I would recommend Ionan Breeze to anyone visiting the area!

As a minus point, the accommodation is paid in local currency, a currency exchange is accepted by them, information that does not appear in any description, and the second minus is that it is mentioned that the hotel has a private beach... it really does, it is the same owner... but you have to pay 20 euros for the umbrella and sunbeds like any person who wants to stay on the beach.

A very nice hotel, spacious, very comfortable rooms, with a swimming pool, parking, with exceptional staff, both the owner and the employees strive to make you feel very good, they send you on WhatsApp possible locations to visit, recommended beaches and other activities that you can do in Ksamil. Very good breakfast, 3-4 options are offered for the main course to which are added several goodies made by the lady who manages the hotel. Thank you very much for everything!

Because of the loads of new builds in the Ksamil area, the electricity network is not strong enough. The hotel has its own generator that kicks in seconds after the electricity goes down. This causes a restart of the air-conditioning unit. Minor issues compared to all the positives!

The staff was extraordinary! Nothing was too much and all could be arranged! The hotel, pool and facilities were perfectly clean at all times and the staff was there for us from 8:00 till 00:00! Cocktails, food (on or off the menu), cold drinks and hot drinks were available all day long! The view from the terrace and from the infinity pool is amazing! We loved our holidays 200% and we're checking when we can come back for 2026!

There's nothing not to like

Every single thing the hotel was perfect if you want a good rest. It wasn't boring and silent it was just right the staff were all lovely and couldn't do enough for you if you wanted a good night out the town is about ten minutes walk from hotel its going to be hard to find anywhere better. We totally enjoyed it. Also some lovely bays near by Thanks again to all the staff for a lovely holiday.

The hotel is near the center and the beaches, there is always some wind there and that together with the pool helps to bear the hottest days. The room was tidy and cleaning was guaranteed every day. The personnel is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was ecceptional. We had dinner several times in the hotel's restaurant and that was as good as in the best restaurants of the city. If we decide to go on holiday agsin in Ksamil, we will choose this hotel.

We didn’t have a single complaint

The location is perfect and the cleanliness of the property is exceptional. The rooms are modern, airy and spacious. Comfortable for 2/3 people in the room we stayed in (booked for two) there is a lovely view from front of the hotel - it overlooks mountains and you can see the sea. Each room has a balcony or private space for the ground floor rooms. There is a pool, very clean - this was something we noticed the 2nd day in, that the pool seemed to be spotless even with children / us being in the pool every day. The staff are wonderful, I really couldn’t say a single thing was wrong with this hotel. We felt like they went above and beyond what they needed to do to make our stay perfect. The breakfast provides a different assortment daily of fresh fruits, traditional pastries and omelettes or eggs. This is served with bread, butter and sweet spreads. There are also a selection of nuts and dates. We have fresh orange juice and water everyday with a coffee of our choice. We couldn’t actually finish the food. This will easily last you through to late afternoon. They also have priority over a private beach, I would recommend booking and going along for the day. There is a restaurant (amazing food) and toilets etc should you need them. (Kid friendly as well as lovely for couples) I will share some pictures. You can walk to the main restaurants in around 15/20 mins or book a taxi for app 8€

The location is a bit of the beaches (15-20 minute walk) but therefore also very quiet. It didn’t really bother us much as we went with the car to the beach anyway (too much stuff to carry with the little one)

Amazing service, great rooms, cool pool, insane breakfast! This was easily the greatest positive surprise we have made on booking.com. The hotel is run by a very polite and senior oriented team who made sure we were always happy. The breakfast was tremendous, special needs of our 1.5 year old kiddo were always met. The pool was great even for children as it had a shallower section. Rooms were very nice We only planned staying two nights but then extended our stay by an additional two nights - only to change hotels afterwards because Ionian’s Breeze was unfortunately fully booked.

The Hotel is brand new & everything feels luxury/high Quality. Not just that, also the interior is thoughtful made. Pool Area looks amazing and the Pool is Big enough. Great that there a towels already. The service is perfect & we liked very much that they were always availible through WhatsApp. It‘s a Little Bit more pricey - but it‘s 100% worth it!

The property was new, spotless, and absolutely marvellous - a perfect blend of comfort and style. The breakfast served was exceptional, the staff were genuinely warm and helpful, and the entire stay felt effortlessly relaxing. Special mention, my friend forgot his valuables at the hotel after check out - the hosts were the true saviours to have reached out to us on every platform possible only for my friend to get his valuables back. Epitome of hospitality, would 100% return!

I can honestly say that there was nothing to dislike !!

On arriving at this beautiful, modern and immaculate building, we were warmly greeted by Alma, who during our stay was very accommodating and helpful- All staff were so friendly- the chef went out of their way and provided home made gf pancakes (which were delicious) and quinoa pancakes for my breakfast - which was very generous. The rooms were cleaned daily and were left pristine in keeping with the rest of the hotel- The hotel is a short walk (7-9 mins) a way from the hub of restaurants and beaches , perfect distance to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings

We were very impressed by our stay in general. Super comfortable and big room and shower. Breakfast was great with different options every day. Amazing staff, Armela helped us with everything we needed, always very polite and friendly. She made a huge difference in our stay. Great value for money.

Location - it's 15-20 minutes walk from the main beach area (but not a bad walk just a little unexpected seeing the photos on the hotel page is from the beach) and we got charged for sunbeds at the beach that belongs to the hotel which seemed a little odd.

Breakfast was superb - fresh juice, coffee, fruit, eggs any style and a different Albanian treat every day. Armelia on reception as brilliant, always answering questions and guiding us on how to get to places.
