A wonderful stay! The hotel is beautifully perched with stunning views. I loved the shared kitchen area – very friendly and perfect for meeting other guests. After noisy nights in Ksamil, I finally had restful sleep here. Run by a caring family, you can feel their shared intention to ensure guests’ well-being. The host is extremely available, attentive, and helped me with my car issues.

The road to reach the location is narrow and very steep at the end, bear this in mind when doing the booking. The place is up the hill and requires descending for 10 mins by car or 30 mins walk to reach the sea. Our bathroom got flooded after taking a shower

The owner's father welcomed me in Greek, but we managed to understand each other thanks to Goole Translate. He gave me all the necessary information for me to make the most of the accommodation and of my trip. He was very helpful! The accommodation was awesome; it was modern and well furnished. The swimming pool and the sunbeds overlooking the sea are definitely a plus! The place is uphill but it doesn't impede the access at all. Very quiet location ! I could rest before coming back home!

The sea view from the room is exceptional, fully equipped kitchen in a beautiful entertaining area with pool. All super clean. The hosts are very nice and helpful 24/7. Also Dhermi promenade and beach is just 7 mins drive away.

Amazing place. The view from the balcony of the room is really good. The kitchen is functional and has everything necessary. The staff is really good, and always available for any help. I can gladly recommend to anyone.

Shower was a bit strange, the water rolls across the entire bathroom and there was no mount for the shower head either. At least the floor dries quickly but good idea to bring rubber slippers for when it’s wet.

Very cool place! Pool, open kitchen, lounge with cool swing chairs, laundry facilities and even a gym! This place really goes out of its way to take care of guests. Host was very friendly and responsive. Room was large and very clean.

The drive up the hotel might not be for everyone, however this is something the hotel themselves warn you of the moment you book with them. It was manageable, but good to be cautious of that.

The property was amazing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, had the loveliest small chat with the lady. There was an area to sit facing the sea, as well as the pool that were both incredible. Everything was super clean, loved how white and tidy it all was.

Costa is such a great host. We really enjoyed our stay! Although the hotel is further away and on a steep hill, Costa makes up for it. He gave us a lift at any time and everywhere and even ordered us some food because we were hungry. 10/10 would recommend!

I dont think this accommodation could get any better. Our room had the perfect view. Swimming pool, sunbathing area and gym are on site. Kostas is the boss. He can arrange food delivery, boat trips or anything you might think about. Easy 10/10.

This apartment in the hills of Dhërmi was the perfect escape. The view was absolutely stunning—overlooking the sea and mountains. Everything was spotless, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A quiet, clean, and beautiful place to unwind.

They don’t offer breakfast but they do have a full outdoor kitchen where you can cook anything you like with a cozy pool and chairs, and enjoy the views. The road leading to the place isn’t fully paved but it does add to the experience.
