The spa was great even though the pool wasn’t working- Arber was the young staff member who looked after us and was v kind & helpful. Could not have done more! Breakfast staff also wonderful. View was awesome- you look out on to the cathedral. Good value.

Shower was too dark. No hooks in the room. Otherwise perfect

Staff very helpful., location right in the middle of the city, brand new spa with a 19 meter swimming pool, sauna, steam room. Funky brutalist interior design. Beautiful top floor for breafast and diner. Functional design of the bedroom with sliding doirs allowing to isolate double bed room with single bed area.

Poor view from our bedroom, while others have impressive windows on the main city pnsquare..

The design of the hotel is great with many small details to explore. The indoor pool is great fun. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The beds were very comfortable. The food was delicious.

Modern & beautiful hotel in central location. Close to everything you need. Comfortable room & bed. Nice spa & sauna included. Good WiFi. Friendly & helpful staff. Free parking on the street. Lovely bkfst with excellent variety & coffee. The best place we stayed in Albania so far.

That is perfect concept and great peace of modern architecture. We love the style.

The maintenance and cleaning is very very poor. This kind of interior is very hard for cleaning and maintenance, but here is not the cleaning on good level. Also the pool was not working and the massage wasn’t provided because the staf had vacation in highest season.

Excellent location with beautifully designed rooms. Breakfast was good, buffet style on weekends and à la carte during the week. The hotel restaurant served great food, and the cocktails were excellent.

Things to improve: We were disappointed to learn upon arrival that there was no massage therapist available throughout June due to vacation 😒 - definitely something to double-check if you’re booking this spa hotel for treatments. The spa area was generally nice, but the steam sauna had a noticeable moldy smell. The hotel wasn’t prepared for vegans. There were no milk alternatives at breakfast, so we had to search the town and buy our own. Although the reception staff made an effort and even went out to get milk as well, we still ended up paying for our coffee at the lobby since breakfast service had already ended. Overall, while the staff did try to help, the experience ended up feeling tiring and a bit disappointing.

It was central

The hotel is very dark. The lights in the corridors are so low you cannot see at all, trying to be fashionable and cool but it’s just dangerous. Room was pretty dark too and bathroom had poor extraction so smelt damp

I got it on a deal so I paid appropriate money, but the rate that I saw is usually charged is overpriced I believe. Restaurant has good views but food is average there

We really liked the aesthetic of the hotel . The ambience was 10/10. Staff were very accommodating and very welcoming. I had a late birthday request and they went out of their way to make something for my birthday . Greatest compliments to the kitchen staff and everyone who attended to us! We also enjoyed the spa and different rooms available.

We would have loved a bit more lighting in the bathroom and options to cast our devices on the tv as the national tv was only playing and there was no youtube on the tv
