Staff very helpful., location right in the middle of the city, brand new spa with a 19 meter swimming pool, sauna, steam room. Funky brutalist interior design. Beautiful top floor for breafast and diner. Functional design of the bedroom with sliding doirs allowing to isolate double bed room with single bed area.

The design of the hotel is great with many small details to explore. The indoor pool is great fun. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The beds were very comfortable. The food was delicious.

Things to improve: We were disappointed to learn upon arrival that there was no massage therapist available throughout June due to vacation 😒 - definitely something to double-check if you’re booking this spa hotel for treatments. The spa area was generally nice, but the steam sauna had a noticeable moldy smell. The hotel wasn’t prepared for vegans. There were no milk alternatives at breakfast, so we had to search the town and buy our own. Although the reception staff made an effort and even went out to get milk as well, we still ended up paying for our coffee at the lobby since breakfast service had already ended. Overall, while the staff did try to help, the experience ended up feeling tiring and a bit disappointing.

Excellent location with beautifully designed rooms. Breakfast was good, buffet style on weekends and à la carte during the week. The hotel restaurant served great food, and the cocktails were excellent.

Nothing I did not like, fully recommended, super relaxing and modern. Still, some suggestions, it would be nice if the shower is fully separated from the rest of the bathroom as the floor gets all wet. Some parts of the spa had an extra charge, which was slightly annoying. Also, massage service was not available. In any case, these are only suggestions and small things, the hotel is super.

Lovely. Friendly English speaking staff, lovely spa, super comfortable and spatious room. There is a small gym downstairs, the breakfast venue has stunning views of the mountains. They answered to all my (many) questions in a very friendly manner, and helped us with laundry. Cute small balcony to hang your swiming suits.

I got it on a deal so I paid appropriate money, but the rate that I saw is usually charged is overpriced I believe. Restaurant has good views but food is average there

We would have loved a bit more lighting in the bathroom and options to cast our devices on the tv as the national tv was only playing and there was no youtube on the tv

We really liked the aesthetic of the hotel . The ambience was 10/10. Staff were very accommodating and very welcoming. I had a late birthday request and they went out of their way to make something for my birthday . Greatest compliments to the kitchen staff and everyone who attended to us! We also enjoyed the spa and different rooms available.

What a great funky,hard edged design experience coupled with a good sized, very clean bedrooms. The staff were very friendly and efficient, Don’t miss the amazing spa and pool in the basement. Had a great dinner and breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. Very good value to top it off. Highly recommended.

Although parking is described as available and on-site, only street parking was available for our stay. The hotel does not appear to have its own separate parking area. We found a space immediately across the street from the hotel, but others might not be so lucky. This was a minor concern that detracted only little from an overall great experience.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat - it is directly across the square from the gorgeous orthodox cathedral and around the corner from the pedestrian boulevard. The old bazaar is just a short pleasant walk away. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and it was amazing! The room is spacious and features clean modern decor with traditional accents and a gigantic terrace overlooking the square and cathedral! There was plenty of room for us and our two children to spread out, and the kids loved having their own room. This might be the best hotel room in Korçë.
