Nothing. Avoid. The owner is awful and doesn't maintain the property.

The Air conditioning in the hotel room was inadequate. Room temperature was 85-96 degrees F despite A/C going at full blast. Not safe for humans to stay there. Management and owner said that this was their norm A/C and refused to cancel booking. We checked out after 30 minutes. Additionally this is a walkup with small rooms and has age on it . A/C was wall mounted and obviously either very old or not properly maintained as similar Air Conditioners in other hotels adequately cool rooms even of larger size. Would avoid this hotel

We loved the location because it is close to everything walking distance, while in a quiet area. Ana was a great hostess, making us feel at home.

There is no elevator, but Ana took care of having our luggage taken upstairs to the room.

Beautiful room with a lovely balcony. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Making sure all our needs were fulfilled constantly. The man delivering our breakfast every morning was so friendly and helpful. We had a balcony not facing the ocean and it was very quiet. All up a great place to stay.

People are kind and friendly, Anna helped a lot. Clean, the location is perfect.

Stairs, we were at 4th floor and taking all the steps are tiring.

Excellent location, staff were so helpful and friendly, room was immaculate, towels every day smelt so fresh, bed changed, breakfast delivered to your room, absolute luxury. Ana and staff an amazing team!

Bed wasn't made every day, but that wasn't an issue for us

Nice location, nice terrace with amazing view. Very nice and hospitality staff. We asked breakfast very early and it was not a problem for them. They did it with smile and kind words. Comparing the other hotel Royal G Max where customers are not 1st priorities at all. Thank you Illyrian hotel Ksamil for your hospitality and kidness. Lots of hotel should learn from you.

The staff is super friendly, the hotel is new and clean, and breakfast is served on time (you can choose what time you would like to receive it).

In my view, two things could be improved: 1. Provide a list of breakfast options so that we can choose what we want and how much, reducing food waste. 2. Add a canopy to the balcony. The sun hits the balcony very hard in the morning, so there is nowhere else to have breakfast. We need something to provide shade during the summer.

Our vacation here was great! I highly recommend it! One of the cleanest and nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! The place, the nature, everything is incredible! The staff is incredibly nice, helpful and warm! Thank you again!

Breakfast was very good and they brought it up to you in your room

Unfortunately, there are no lifts or elevators and you have to carry up your luggage, especially if you’re on the fourth floor. It is quite a lot of stairs to be fair they did offer to carry them up, but we carried up our own luggage.

The place is neat and properly cleaned. But most of all the staffs are hospitable and polite. This place deserves an excellent recommendation.

A very clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff and an astonishing view. It’s just a short walk to the beach. Breakfast is served right to your room, so you can enjoy it on your balcony with a beautiful view.

At breakfast time, the sun hits directly on the balcony—it can get uncomfortably hot.

The hotel was super clean and very nice with a good view of the sea.

The streets to get to the hotel, the loud music, and no ironing to use. The staff offered to iron the cloth for me but didn't feel comfortable.
