Shower glass walls little small (nitpicking), no glasses of any kind was bit unordinary. Brekfast was nothing to boast about, but good enough. In general excelent value for money.

Staff was super helpfull. Rooms are nice beds comfortable, free shuttle to beach and back by golf cart, nice view during breakfast.

We had a wonderful time at Hilal Palace Hotel in Golem! The property is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, stylishly decorated, and the beds are extremely comfortable – we slept really well. A big plus was having Netflix in the room, which was great for relaxing in the evenings. Breakfast on the rooftop with a stunning view was an absolute delight – delicious food and a lovely morning atmosphere. Another great convenience was the daily transport to the beach, which made our stay even more relaxing. Communication with the staff via WhatsApp made everything incredibly easy and smooth. Everyone was very polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. Highly recommended – the perfect place for a peaceful, comfortable stay on the Albanian coast! 🌞🇦🇱

Cleaning service of the rooms could do with an improvement. The cleaning sign was put on the door, upon arrival we were only given fresh towels, bed unmade, bedding not changed and the floor had not been cleaned.

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute delight, so much so that after just one night, we immediately booked a second! While the hotel is perched atop a hill and not directly by the sea, this actually became one of its charming features, thanks to the fantastic golf cart shuttle service. This complimentary shuttle took us back and forth to the beach with ease, and we highly recommend taking advantage of it – it made beach access incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The true "killing application" of this hotel, however, is undoubtedly the breakfast location. Situated on the fifth floor, it offers a panoramic view of all the surrounding scenery that is simply breathtaking. Starting your day with such a vista is an unforgettable experience. Beyond the view, the breakfast itself was incredibly rich and very tasty, with a wide variety of delicious options. The service from the entire hotel team was nothing short of astonishing. From general inquiries to specific requests like laundry, everything was handled with incredible efficiency and a friendly demeanor. It truly made us feel valued and well-cared for. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to relax. The shower was excellent, delivering great water pressure and temperature, and met our expectations perfectly. Overall, this hotel offers a unique and highly enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a tranquil setting with spectacular views, exceptional service, and don't mind a short, pleasant shuttle ride to the beach, we wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful hilltop retreat!

We originally planned to stay in Tirana, but our booking was cancelled just two days before arrival. Luckily, we found this place in Golem – and it turned out to be a great surprise! The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and filling. One of the highlights was the beautiful sea view from the property, which made the stay even more relaxing. They even offered a free shuttle service to and from the beach, which was a really nice and convenient touch. All in all, we’re really glad we ended up here. A great experience!

Huge balcony with lot of opportunities, but there were only 4 normal sitting chairs, not even a table. It would really felt like suite if there would have been more furniture, for example sofa, sunbeds. I did not realise that the alcohol is not served in the hotel, no mention about this in the description. It would have been nice to have a drink in the beautiful restaurant terrace.

Suite was very good price and large. Nice wiews. Transportstion to the beach.
