I think it is great value for money

The best part of this hotel is the owner. Rudy is super-helpful and trying to make your stay great. Also, there is a glass partition between the shower and the toilet, which is very helpful and somehow rare in Albania. Location is close to everything, and at the same time it is quiet, as located in the backyard. 1st floor of a residential building

I booked a last minute room, and the experience was great. I could check in a little earlier, so I didn’t have the carry around my luggage all day, the room was clean and tidy. And compared to my other hotel in Vlore, the airconditioning was much better and it was much more quiet during the nights. The hosts were super welcoming and helpful with local tips. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect hotel! The owner knows how to run a small hotel and make the guests satisfied. Nice and clean room, tasty breakfast. The location is also good, close to the citycentre and just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

Super friendly host. They gave us cold water and coffees on arrival while we had our check-in done. Breakfast was varied. Location is excellent - few minutes walk from centre. The owner gave us also a wonderful restaurant recommendation and gently booked for us.

The hotel is in an old apartment building and you can hear noises from the neighbours.

The owner is friendly and had good breakfast. I parked the motorcycle in front of the hotel.

Breakfast could be more plentiful - there are only few slices of ham/cheese/vegetables as a buffet. But we were happy for all 4 days, nothing was missing.

Great and helpful host - all you need is ask for help/support. Room a bit small, but comfortable. Quiet A/C and modern bathroom with separated shower. Tasty, small breakfast. Great localisation in the middle of everything - 25 min to the beach, 25 min to the city center. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

In the description of the room on Booking, there is written that the room had a balcony, but our room didn't have one (and we don't think the other rooms have one too, since we didn't see any balconies in the building). When we arrived, the host wasn't there, because he had a family emergency (which we understand!). He made sure there was someone else to let us check-in. However, there was no parking spot forseen for us in the beginning, so we had to do rounds and rounds in the busy streets of Vlorë and that wasn't the most pleasant experience...

We had a spacious and very clean room. The hotel is run by a sympathetic host who had forseen a parking spot (which is really difficult to find in the city center). Breakfast was adequate. Location is good, in the middle between the promenade and the old city center.

First and foremost, this is not what I would call an hotel but rather a guesthouse aiming at growing into an hotel. Owner told me about plans for 2024 which would give more of a hotel feeling, but right now it isn’t a hotel. There is no permanent staffing or lobby, and the entrance to the five rooms is open straight in from street (but that’s what they plan on changing). This however was not my main concern, but rather the total lack of sound proofing. You could hear every step the family in the apartment above took and the doors seemed paper thin so you would hear every noise in the corridor. This resulted that out of four nights in the hotel I was awoken for a longer period three of the nights - twice by other guests (two different groups of young Italians who were shouting more often than talking, no matter whether day or when they returned from partying at 3-4 am) and once by garbage collectors taking care of bins on the street. If the “Hotel” wants long term success they need to address this…

It is a budget option, and given that I thought that the room was in line with what can be expected. Maybe slightly overpriced considering the complaints I have.

The location is very good, the staf were very friendly and welcomed. The room was very cleaned. Also the breakfast was nice.
