The water stream was very weak (we stayed in the first floor), the door lock was hard, I had to ask for help opening it.

We realy liked the place! Stayed here for one night. The location was great, the room was perfect, the balcony had agreat view. Breakfast was local and very good ;-)

This accommodation might be the nicest in Teth. The restaurant was amazing and possibly our best meal in Albania. The buildings are beautiful, both the modern built ones and the original old ones. Guests from elsewhere come to the restaurant so it’s a busy and lovely garden. The view from our room was amazing. It’s quite close to Valbone hiking trail, which made it easy to get to after finishing the hike. It’s a hidden accommodation away from busier areas, but It’s also very close to town center where you can get a bus. Overall beautiful relaxing place!

Unfortunately, we had a very noisy family above us and the walls/ceilings are quite thin, but this wasn’t obviously wasn’t the hosts fault!!

The setting is stunning and the food was some of the best we had in Albania. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming! Room was perfect for what we needed and the balcony was so sweet, with a great view.

This is standard and very common in the mountains, so not a negative to this guesthouse at all! Just be prepared for WiFi to work best in the common areas / restaurant anywhere you stay in Theth. WiFi was perfect outside in the beautiful garden!

STUNNING property with breathtaking views of the mountains!! I cannot emphasize the beauty of this place enough, it was humbling. The room itself was beautiful and spacious with a private patio, and the restaurant patio was even more incredibly beautiful! Staff (particularly the hostess) was lovely and always around for questions! Baby kittens included!

I would like a small fridge to be in the room or in the communal corridor as I had some water and drinks that I would like to have kept cool, but this is being quite picky. Otherwise everything was there!

The location is perfect, with stunning views. There is parking available. The bed was super comfortable, plenty of sheets were offered because the heating was not working at the time. The staff were exceptional. Helping in every need and cooking up a fantastic breakfast. The bathroom had a great shower and slippers were provided which is always a nice touch.

We were tired after a long day hiking - and even the few minutes walk from the Mimi market seemed too long for us! (Not really an issue.)

The food was very good (don’t miss the stuffed eggplant!) and the staff were super friendly. In fact, the hostess and her friend spent half an hour fixing a broken zipper on my clothing!

The host was very kind and welcoming. The food served in the restaurant was exceptional, as it was homemade. The rooms were clean with great facilities and a spectacular view from the balcony. Breakfast was perfect and there were plenty of parking spaces for guests. The guesthouse was close to the Church in Theth and other main attractions. I was very impressed

Great room and stay in general, there is on site parking but its up a dirt road, as long as you drive carefully basically any car should be able to get up there. Food is amazing, and staff very helpful and nice, great place to stay when hiking the mountains

Family run business - friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Even organised for our washing to be done. We stayed twice we loved it so much. Once on our way to the alps and again on our way back. Recommended two restaurants that were exceptional. Would find it hard to surpass this hotel.

The restaurant attached was amazing. Staff were really friendly and the location is perfect if you want to do the hike to Valbone or if you have to take the bus back to Shkoder.

The location is simply amazing. It is just at the start of the Valbona Trail. The atmosphere of the guesthouse is like in movies, spectacular views, cozy climate. Moreover, the food is freshly prepared and it’s very tasty. There is also a restaurant at the property which is perfect after the trail as you can just dine there without searching anywhere else!

The only fault was the shower head. Water came out in one heavy stream, but it was hot and plentiful.

Lovely guesthouse run by very friendly people. The room was spacious and comfortable and the views were amazing. The grounds were lovely with spectacular views everywhere you looked. The buffet breakfast was big and delicious. The food and ambiance in the restaurant was also excellent.
