Such a magical place! The views are stunning... The hospitality is amazing... The homemade breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious. Guesthouse Freskia is about 5km up the mountain from central Theth, but in our view this is a positive as it affords the incredible vista and ensures it is a very peaceful place. Also, the owner arranged for the bus company to collect us from the guesthouse, so we did not need to go to the collection point in the centre. We did not want to leave and would not hesitate to stay here again when we next visit Theth.

Lovely location, superb camp site vibes, beautiful view on the mountains. Run by a lovely family, always at your service. Extra plus was the excellent diner possibility ! Basic room but all you need in this scenery !

Recommend to have car to get to Thethi village and Blue eye. Rooms aren't all soundproof so if you're not good sleeper, I recommend earplugs.

Everything was great! Breakfast was good with multiple options. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Absolutely great views with surrounding mountains! Host Gil was extremely helpful and even arranged our lost luggages to accommodation. Location is great with peaceful surroundings. Absolutely recommend!

Our stay at the Freskia guesthouse was perfect. The view is beautiful, the rooms are very cozy, but what surprised us the most was the breakfast, which was included in the price of the room and was very well served, simply WONDERFUL. The owner of the place welcomed us very well and was always available. In addition to serving breakfast, there is a restaurant on site where you can have dinner for 12 euros per person. We had dinner there two nights and loved it, the food was very tasty. In short, we highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately it was unexpectedly cold (it was snowing on the top of the mountain in May), and the heater in the room didn't work. We got 4 blankets per person and we were warm during the nights.

The host family was really nice and welcoming, Christian was always there for you and very helpful. They have a nice camping field where you can relax and the food (especially the stuffed peppers) was really good. Also breakfast was nice and fulfilling. With the car it was about 10 min to get to theth center. Definitely drink some mountain tea there :)

The weather was not great, so it was cold in the bedroom. Also, we had an issue with electricity during the night/morning and ended up having no hot water for showering (even after 1h of the electricity being reinstated) and considering it was quite cold already, this didn't help, but these things happen sometimes!

Lovely setting with a breathtaking view over the mountains. Very tasty and fulfilling breakfast, wonderful jams and cheeses, pancakes...Great dinner for a reasonable price. The gentleman running the place was very nice and approachable :)

My room was freezing at night (mid-May). I piled extra blankets on my bed (quite a few were in the wardrobe) and slept with my hat on since I was so cold. I learned the day I was leaving that other guests had a heater in their room so had I known that earlier, I would've asked if there were extra heaters.

The views!!! 360° of mountains! The owner was incredibly kind and provided delicious breakfasts (included) and dinners (extra cost), both with lots of homemade good food. The accommodations were spacious and clean.

For the future reference i would suggest to have wifi in the room too. i know about the difficulty of the theth area but is smth that visitors needs.

The place was amazing. the staff was extremely hospital and helpful. the food was another love everything traditional and delicious. breakfast was the favorite part of the whole stay. The room had enough space and all the facilities that are in the description of the property were there. For a guesthouse is an amazing place. keep it up your nice work.

The amount of hot shower is limitated but ok.

Wanderfull breakfast !!! (And nice big plate-menue for the dinner). So nice family and ambiance in this little eating room close to the cheminey :)
