Not a lot! Just be aware that this is on a main road, but not a huge problem at all.would thoroughly recommend.

Amazingly hospitable and welcoming host family. Comfortable accommodation, perfectly placed to explore Tepelene and the surrounding area. Food here is amazing, homegrown fresh produce in very generous amounts!

Its on the highway, so a bit noisy

Its small bnb run by a family by the highway. Its outside Tepelene town in a small village. Stay itself was good with comfortable room. They also have a nice restaurant where chef prepared us a meal we requested for. Owner lady was super nice, she showed us their farm and chickens

The accommodation is on a fairly busy main road

We booked this accommodation at the last minute. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. We were offered a choice of room. The breakfast was unbelievably generous and varied. We were offered a take away box by the hostess which was a much appreciated gesture. There is a superb drive into the mountains nearby that you really must take if you have the chance. It's the road leading to the old aqueduct and waterfall. It's a very scenic drive on a high but good road.

Great location and nice and welcoming host. The room was nice with lovely balcony and amazing mountain view. A beautiful path around the river is only couple of minutes away from the house by foot. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious and there was a lot of food so we had to ask to pack it with us and the lady did it (we are really grateful for it).

Nothing to not like in this visit.

The staff were amazing and very ry welcoming. The place had a very homely vibe to it. The place was very well kept and you could see a lot of effort was put on it. The mountain view was stunning, complemented by the sunny weather. We were served some homely dinner even when we asked for it late. The breakfast was definitely the best food I had this trip, with a very generous portion size (you wouldn't be able to finish it--I tried) I can't recommend it enough.

Perhaps a little expensive compared to other properties you can find in Albania. There was nothing aside from the bed in the room - not ideal for remote work.

I have traveled all around Albania and this was by far the best stay. The owners were marvellous, the food was divine and very good value.

Main road close by, but window doors close well and AC works without much noise. In the morning you would need an umbrella.

Brand new rooms with stylish furniture and bathroom, window door front with view from bad, 100% clean, very friendly hosts, the waiter with perfect English.Huge terrasse (ca- 60m2) with new lounge furniture shared with neighbouring room.Great mountain view. Very good restaurant with nice garden reasonably priced. Huge breakfast with local products, impossible to eat , you are offered a take away box. Safe parking in front of the house. 2km to Tepelene only, but you should have a car.

The host and her whole family were absolutely amazing. The room was clean and very nice. The food was also amazing, the owners grow their own fruits and vegetables so everything is super fresh and tasty. Breakfast was delicious and enormous, we were even given take out boxes to take the rest of the food for the road because we couldn’t finish it all :)

Normally when I look at reviews, I only look at the bad reviews so that I know if I can handle the things that other people didn't like. My problem here is that there is actually nothing bad I can say about this property. It exceeded all expectations. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Where to start? The most charming farmstay imaginable with majestic views from the 3rd floor room balcony! The staff were incredibly accommodating, the attached restaurant was amazing with delicious homemade (everything) food for dinner and breakfast. Speaking breakfast, it was enough food for 6 people including coffee and tea and homemade honey. The most epic breakfast of our trip. The rooms were large, modern, clean and very well designed. The value for money is unbelievable, so inexpensive for what you get. There were adorable animals wandering the property. Kittens and duckling and roosters and dog. Very welcoming.

It was perfect. You can hear the noise from the street in the room, if you leave the windows open. For us it wasn’t a big deal. Thank you for everything.

It was the best decision to stay there. They are wonderful hosts. Kind, flexible and open-minded. The best thing about it was the breakfast. You’ll get traditional Albanian Breakfast with some tea, coffee, fruits, cheese, olives,…

The place is in a great location very close to natural sites. The room is clean and everything you need is at your disposal. The owners have an eco friendly approach, everything you will eat is home grown. The breakfast is an experience by itself. Actually it is such a taste festival that I recommend you to make a stop here to enjoy the food even if you don’t stay for the night. The terrace and front garden are such a peaceful place that it elevates the whole experience. The owners are very kind and will provide you with all informations you need to explore the area. By far one of the greatest places of this size we’ve ever stay at. We can’t wait to come back!
