The guesthouse was located in the middle of Theth in front of the information point. The views we had at the breakfast table were indescribable. The woman doesn’t speak English, but with some basic words you get everything you need. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location in the centre of Theth at the start of the trail to Valbonë. The hosts are very hospitable and speak good English. Breakfast was nice too. Dinner is not provided but there are several restaurants close by

Obviously, you get what you see in the pictures; our room wasn't too spacious for 5 people but we knew that in advance. Although the lady didn't speak much English, she's so very kind, we could leave our bags until the afternoon and even gave us ice cold water when we got back :) +the breakfast was really nice

The location is a little hard to find; this could be easily fixed by posting an image of how to get there or some more explicit instructions. If you just follow Google Maps, you will not find the property. Other than that, everything met our needs.

Private bath. Toiletries. Breakfast. Parking. Location is convenient and no major uphills or poor road quality like other accommodations in the area. Mosquito nets and proper ventilation. Comfy bedding.

The property is right in the middle of Theth. The host kindly let me do my laundry there even though I only stayed 1 night and the breakfast was really delicious, especially the Albanian pancakes with honey!

The room was clean and we had everything what we needed. The bathroom was typical for that area, the shower and toilet are not seperated but it was drying fast afterwards. Tap water is drinking water. The best think was the amazing breakfast, we loved it and I already miss it :-)

Arriving to the house was tricky because Google Maps takes you to a wrong street and there isn't a sign with the name of the guesthouse so I had to stop to ask for directions. Here is how to get there, do not follow Maps!! Once you cross the bridge into Theth turn right down to the Information center. Right in front, there is a street on the left towards Guesthouse Flodisa. Just follow that street straight and you will find it just in front of you, use the pictures to guide you. It's very easy, really, but a sign would help!

The family who owns it is very nice and kind, very close to the center and perfect to start hikes. Nice hot water in Albanian style bathroom, very clean and great breakfast. Very comfortable stay.

In our room the bathroom was rather small and when you showered most of the room got wet. Because we were only 2 people (the room can occupy up to 4 people) and only stayed for one night this was no problem.

The terrace in front of the house is nice to sit and have a drink or play a card game. Here is also the breakfast served in the morning, which is a buffet and very nice! We enjoyed there self-made breakfast while gazing at the mountain view. The room has everything it needs and was very clean. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The son speaks English and helped us to translate. They allowed us to use one their kitchen to boil some pasta we still had with us - so lovely!

No AC or even a fan in the room was miserable, especially during the summer months.

Host was very nice! They let us leave our bags since we arrived early and wanted to start our hike right away. Breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty. Room and bathroom were large and clean. The front patio area was also nice to hang out in and cool off during the hot evenings. Its a small town but location was close to the centre, the bus stop and start of the hike to Valbona.

Better instructions for directions on arrival, Google maps is not accurate :-) Better curtains, did not block out sun early in the morning.

The location was perfect for our stay in Theth. If staying here put Theth tourist centre into Google maps instead of the name of the location as it brought us on a narrow gravel road to the other side of the river by mistake. It is the back of the laneway directly opposite the tourist centre. The homeowner is a lovely lady who didn't have much English but was very helpful and made a selection of breakfast foods available to take each morning. Our room was very small with a wetroom type toilet but this was fine as we had long days out and about hiking. Ideal spot to explore what Theth has to offer (restaurants , tourist office, market within 2 mins and start of Theth to Valbone trail within 10) and good value but basic facilities. Also no Aircon but got cool enough in evening that you wouldn't need it (we stayed in July).

Due to there being no separate shower cubicle in the bathroom, the whole of the room basically gets wet when showering. It was also a bit hot in the room and we could have benefited from a pedestal fan for sleeping at night.

Guesthouse is located in a really good position close to the town centre. Room was really clean and the beds very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and we used google translate to work out what we both wanted to say. We were grateful for the host washing our clothes after a long hike. The breakfast provided was generous and fresh with pastries, fruit, eggs and meat along with tea and coffee. Really nice. Would recommend staying here.

The hot water tank was barely enough for one shower, nevermind for 3 people.

Great location. Beautiful view from the balcony. Nice breakfast. Despite the language barrier, the hosts were lovely. I had a flat tire on my last morning and they helped me get it sorted. Very basic room but that's to be expected in the mountains. Very much recommended.
