The view in the evening is so super nice. Location is very good, with the car a bit tricky to find (but owner send instructions) and by foot, there are stairs in to the town. 10 min max.

Nothing, just perfect!

Amazing!!!! The best view of Berat from the room or Terrasse. The owner is the sweetest, kind person, always ready to help and accomodate. Very calm, beautiful garden with view where you can eat or hang out. Very clean and big room. Delicious breakfast. Private parking perfect. Only 5 minutes walk to the center of town through a nice path without cars.

Everything was fine.

Breakfast was amazing, beautifull view on city. From city center is about 8 minutes by a walk. The owner cannot speak english, but that is not a really big problem. I hope that I will visit Berat once again, amazing city.

The access by car is a bit adventurous. It is preferable to arrive in daylight.

One has to accept a good hike up the stairs to get there after being in town, but the view makes this worthwhile.

A most beautiful location high up overlooking Berat. Friendly hosts, and a really filling breakfast. It is a bit of a climb to get to, but by the stairs it takes only 5 to 10 minutes to get to town. I liked that the guest house has many fruit and olive trees in its grounds.

Everything was really amazing, only a short walk from town.

Incredible views of Berat, spacious, comfy and tidy rooms with air conditioning, gorgeous courtyard and east 5-10 min walk to the city centre via the shortcut path. The owners were so caring, attentive and friendly, and Mr Pashollari prepared the most incredible breakfasts for us!

The route to the property is a little challenging, if you’re a new driver or driving a small/ low car. But the host is nice, he sent us an accurate map and even came out and look for us when we are kind of lost in the junction.

Difficult to get to and find the right way but 100% worth it for the spectacular view! if you drive, make sure you drive through the road “Rruga Gaqi Gjika”, google will try to suggest another road from the opposite side of the hill, which is incorrect and driving there is not safe.

Spectacular view, friendly owner and nice modern room. Their is a foot path directly from the garden of this property directly to the city centre which is super handy, the walk take only 5-10 minutes?

Everything was perfect, hosts more than welcome, view from balcony from dreams, to Berat, castle and surrounding mountains. We had nice breakfast before our hiking. I highly recommend this accomodation just five minutes walk to the center of Berat but you can find peace and good view.

The property having such a great overlooking view to the whole Berat Center that’s being handled by a father and son, it’s way up the mountain but there’s a shortcut stairs going down to the center. And to the host Elvan, he’s such a great host whom who always helped us out from the time we get lost till to a situation that we went to the center, visited the castle, walked backed down from the Castle then we cannot walk back to the house no more, saw him at the center and didn’t thinker twice to help us out, he went up to get his car and driven us back to the property…

- Smell of the bathroom - No curtain for the shower - "road" going up to the accommodation -> but possible with normal car

- Really nice view above the city - Using stairs close to the centre - Nice host - comfortable bed - Good breakfast -There was a fridge on the terrace that we could also use for our stuff - good parking
