Sadly we didn’t have a view, and the bathroom smelled because of the drain. The AC is slightly broken and turns off during the night. The walls aren’t isolated so could be noisy but the rest of the guests were respectful and quiet.

Great location, in the heart of Beret, and lovely owner. Owner prepared us lovely breakfast and the kitchen has wonderful view. There is a garden on the roof and has a great view to the city. Very good price considering the location.

We liked everything. One thing that confused us a little bit was parking, we thought there would be reserved parking close to the house but it was just finding a free spot on the street. The host was really helpful in finding one however so it was not an issue at all!

Lovely authentic stay in old town of Berat. Amazing views from the room and the roof terrace and the host was extremely friendly and recommended us restaurants and things to do. Also the breakfast was very tasty 🫶🏼

Reaching the guesthouse involves a steep climb, which is exhausting if you have luggage. A few other small downsides: the toilet in our specific room was outside the room, very tiny and there was no bidet. Also, there was no trash can in the room, which would have been a useful addition. These small touches would have made the experience even better.

Charming antique guesthouse in a fantastic central location in Berat. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Parking can be quite difficult during rush hour as it’s public. Don’t bring big luggage to the place (far/steep) 🫨

Great location in the middle of the old town of Berat, from which it is easy to explore the city. A beautiful and large room in a traditional house (the room has AC). The host is very helpful and friendly, he gave a lot of good tips about restaurants and attractions in Berat, as well as tips about other cities in Albania. Highly recommended!
