Very nice hostess, very comfortable and clean room with aircon and fridge. The bathroom was best I have seen in Albania. Very good breakfast with nice river view, lots of parking spaces, good Wi-Fi. I would like to stay here longer

This guesthouse was amazing! The location was perfect, right at the end of town on the river. Very peaceful but still convenient to the center of Përmet. The room was immaculate, just pristine as far as cleanliness. A pretty stone wall is behind the bed, there's nice artwork and nice little colorful touches, plus conveniences like an electric kettle and mini fridge. The bathroom is huge and modern and the shower is hot with great water pressure. These things were all very nice, but let me move on to the hospitality! Our hostess, Marietta, was the kindest, most welcoming person. When we came down for breakfast we were absolutely amazed at the spread she put out for just myself and my husband. We did our best, but it was a feast for at least four people. 😂🙏💗 The breakfast room is very cosy and welcoming also and overlooks the river. We had an exceptional experience at this guesthouse and would easily return. I would be happy and confident in recommending a stay here. 🥰

Absolutely perfect! We stayed two nights to visit Langarica Canyon. The host is very kind and the breakfast was incredible. It was clean and tidy, parking was super easy.

A little far from permet city Little cottage not too fancy so it was average room and bed

Beautiful location, it's an easy drive to Permët and Langarica canyon. Breakfast was unbelievable and the room seemed very new- we were grateful for the air conditioning. Very comfortable, ample parking, and the host was very welcoming .

Nice and clean, solid-sized room. On the way between thermal pools and Permet, ideal location when visiting both. Absolutely superb breakfast, you get seated to a full table. I travel quite a lot and haven't seen such breakfast yet.

Everything. Clean rooms and toilets, enough supplies of toiletries, coffee, towel. Mesmerising surroundings. Just on the bank of the Vjiosa river. The host was so so accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast was the best we had in our 7 different stays in Albania and huge portion. Catered to our vergeterian needs. Awesome views from room. Very close to city and only a 20 mins drive from thermal baths. 11/10 superb.

beautiful house, easily accessible, room and bathroom extremely clean, it was really our best stay in Macedonia, even breakfast was our best, with fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, sausage, those delicious tomatoes and cucumbers they have in this country.... plus Permet was one of the best areas we have enjoyed in Albania, you must go there!

This family-run business was delightful. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Despite our late evening arrival, the lovely lady offered us a meal from a nearby restaurant, which was both tasty and convenient. The overall atmosphere felt like home, and we felt truly welcomed. The location is excellent, not far from the thermal baths. Breakfast was included and was both delicious and plentiful.
