Absolutely perfect stay! The family was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The apartment was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and had everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed the best breakfast we’ve had in Albania – prepared with such care and generosity. The apartment was completely quiet, with air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room. One of the kindest families we have ever stayed with, making us feel truly at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is absolutely the best place to stay in Berat and probably even the best place to stay in all of Albania. The breakfast here is absolutely exceptional and the whole family who runs this place are extremely nice and welcoming.

I'm not sure there was anything about this place I didn't like, so I have nothing to say about this.

Very friendly and helpful hosts Mr and Mrs Ilir. Their children were English speaking and my kids likes to play with them.

Very large family apartment with amazing views of the city apartment offer with everything you need for your stay. We also appreciated the possibility to wash our clothes in the washing machine, which is located right in the apartment. The accommodation is located in a large house where the very nice host family also have an excellent restaurant for guests. The meals are delicious and the portions are large. We had an unforgettable dinner there. Also the breakfast the next morning was amazing. If we have another trip to Berat we definitely want to stay here again with my family:)

Our stay was simply outstanding. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and we received a warm welcome from the family. They were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Their son and daughter speak fluent English, which made communication effortless. The entire family exuded kindness and was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The breakfast they provided was not only delicious but also a delightful start to our day. The place itself was impeccably clean and even better than described.

The host was very welcoming, and her son who knows Engish presented us the house and the amenities. The apartment was spacious, was a good fit for us, and we were 5. A very good option for a quiet and peaceful stay near Berat which is easy to reach by car no more than 5-10 minutes.

The location is a bit far from the city center and a bit difficult to get there at night

I hate when people rate the hosts and not the rooms because i have no idea what to expect from the stay. But these people... they are just too nice for this century. About the room: this is a farm stay, rooms are basic and clean as you would expect a country side room and bathroom to be. They go for nature not for bleaching everything every single day. They go for people not for money. It's like a visit to church to meet such people. Ok. The room. Beds are comfortable, liquid soap smells amazing, hot water 24/7, orange trees in the alley...

Quiet and scenic location. We booked the top level two bedroom apartment which is accessed up three flights of external stairs. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped. Good sized living area with plenty of seating. The accommodation came with excellent private parking. The view from the apartment was lovely overlooking Berat castle from across the river. But, what made this accommodation so much more special was the attentiveness of the exceptional hosts and their family. We felt very welcomed. The breakfast served every morning was so very delicious. We cannot praise their hospitality enough. Would happily return again and again. The accommodation is about a ten minute drive from the main hub of Berat. To visit Berat we suggest parking your car on the main bridge crossing the river, and then walking the rest of the way along the river front, as traffic can be congested on the main road into Berat.

The host was very nice, her hospitality was very very nice. She was very sweet and welcoming. Breakfast was very native and a proper breakfast.

The family are so beautiful and so welcoming. I came I. Late and I received hugs and a beautiful welcome. I absolutely loved it here and their genuine kindness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Breakfast was amazing too.

A lovely guesthouse managed by a lovely family. To get here trun left after the gas station following the blue sign saying Kalceto. The house is new, clean and comfortable. With aircon on the two rooms and living room. The terrace and lower patio are also a good asset! You can see Berat castle from there. Breakfast is also superb. Local and fresh products and enough food for all the guests. Stay here to enjoy Berat with peace in a great house.

The only downside is the toilet. The WC misses the lid and is uncomfortable and the shower curtain is not well installed so it is actually better not to use it. Also there is no ventilation. But totally easy to live with.

Our plans was changing, so we ask if we come earlier. They were very friendly to allow us tom come one day earlier. And we liked the place so much, so we stayed one more additional night. Amazing family, tasty breakfast, very warm girl (the owners daugher - she was translating everything for us)

This luxury guesthouse was super clean - in a nice and quiet area, not far from centre of Berat. Nearly 360 degree view from the accommodation was georgious. The host was always friendly and helpful with a big smile. The breakfast was abundant, tasty and locally sourced. Fruits are from own garden. This is a top quality luxury guesthouse run by a kind family. Everything was designed to provide a comfortable stay. We felt like home. Respect for the host and children for their hard work, providing an excellent service to people visiting Berat and nearby. I wish them all the best. Highly recommended, not to be missed if you have some kind of own transportation.

A warm welcome from the host family. We were staying in a very pleasant attic apartment with full equipment. Total peace at night. In the morning, a great breakfast that fueled the trip to the nearby center of the remarkable city of Berat.
