Everything was great. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The owners were very friendly, humble, and always ready to help, making our stay feel like home. The breakfast was varied and included delicious local Albanian food, which made the experience even more authentic. The property is also just a five-minute walk from the beach, making it a perfect choice for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The position is great, enough far from the messy touristic centre of Ksamil (less than 10 minutes walking) and very close to many beaches. The staff is really nice and kind, always ready to help you with recommendations and tips. I loved the big breakfast on the terrace with the sea view, I already miss it a lot! I would definitely recommend this structure.

The room we stayed in was quite small, and the bathroom was also very compact. It was a bit difficult to move around in the room, and during showers, water would easily get all over the bathroom floor. However, considering that the room is mainly used just for sleeping, these issues can be overlooked. Overall, it was manageable for a short stay.

Considering the price, everything at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was neat and well-organized. Breakfasts were not only filling but also thoughtfully prepared and quite varied. One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly and attentive staff – always smiling and ready to help, which made our experience even more pleasant. The location is also very convenient, with the furthest beach being just a 20-minute walk away. Overall, excellent value for money. Thank you!

Only the best impressions remained! Service at a high level, everything was organized with care. A wonderful place to relax in Ksamil! The hosts are very friendly, always ready to help. Every morning started with a delicious breakfast - coffee, fruit, homemade goodies. Quiet street with a large parking lot, but not far from the beach and the center. Everything was just perfect We felt at home - thank you very much!

The guesthouse is in a quite street, but less than 10 minutes walk to few nice beaches. The host Adella was very friendly and helpful. The place looked very new. It had a very convenient parking. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best, and it is served in the root terrace which has a nice view of the town and the sea

The breakfast that the mother prepared for us every morning was magnificent, too good. The location of the hotel is ideal, 5 minutes walk from the beach. The girl who looked after us was always smiling, welcoming, attentive to us and above all concerned about our well-being. It was great. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Recommendation: - add omelette (at least by order) to the breakfast options - better soundproofing - there is kettle but no tea/coffee, i think at least couple of tea/coffee bags can be provided. as well as some sugar/salt.

Friendly staff that checked us in at 4 am, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen ( however, we did not use it). Socket near the bed and hairdryer available. Good breakfast.

It was such a great experience, the staff was very friendly, very good quality of breakfast, the location just perfect not noisy at all and very close to everything especially to the beaches if you don’t want to drive. We were also travelling with a dog and they welcomed us in a very friendly atmosphere and that was a plus for me.! I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.
