To reach the guesthouse you need to drive a short off-road section. It’s only for a minute or so but the road is quite rough and there’s a chance your car might get a few scratches or bumps along the way. Also the guesthouse isn’t in the center of Theth. To get there it’s 12 min by car or a 30 min walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the mountains that you can enjoy from the property. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel right at home. The rooms and facilities were also very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. Another highlight was the food — the meals served at the guesthouse were delicious, fresh, and prepared with care. Overall, it was a perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, cleanliness, and breathtaking scenery. Highly recommended!

The guesthouse was quite difficult to find but with a quick response andgreat directions we were able to find it rather easily (by foot and car).

We had a great time at this guesthouse. The family that hosted us were very friendly and helpfull. We had great breakfast here for only 6€ and a great dinner for 13€ per person with traditional food (and so much that we couldn’t finish it). We would highly recommend staying at this guesthouse.

Aircondition could be better. The guest house was 2 km uphill away from the valley, which you should be prepared for if you wanna visit other places in Theth

Amazing views from the house! A Little bit far from Theth as you have to walk up or down the main road for 30min to reach the village but good value for money. You have to add those 30min to the start of the hike too. If you take the bus from shkoder don’t forget to say to stop at your guesthouse or you will end up having to walk the road from Theth!

It was difficult to find the entry road to the guesthouse, we needed help from the son to find the place. A simple sign, which could be constructed within an hour, placed on the road would solve this issue. Shouldn't be too hard to do, and postponing seems unnecessary.

Great guesthouse, friendly hosts and amazing food. Some of the best we've had in all of Albania. Price is very reasonable, and you will not leave hungry. Common house we were staying in was nice, although the bathroom could do with a facelift. View was breathtaking, both from the house and whilst eating in the dining area.

We explained to Astrit what was not clear from the booking and we are sure he is taking it on board.

We had a little misunderstanding with Astrit about the accommodation. I think it is is due to teething problems with the tourism industry. However, Astrit's hospitality, his friendliness and infectious enthusiasm, added to the unbelievable breakfast and sumptuous traditional dinner and the breathtaking views made us forget everything. Just one example: after the long trail from Valbone, exhausted when we found his guesthouse was still a long way from where we were, we called Astrit and he came and picked us up.

The shower drained a little slow in our unit. Also, it was hard to find the place since there were no signs, but the owner said they were waiting on a replacement sign.

Cute cabin with spectacular view, bed was super comfy, private bathroom, and delicious home cooked meals for breakfast and dinner. Owner and his son spoke English and were very nice and helpful.

Although the location allowed it to have great views, as it's further up the valley, it could be tiring to get to on foot from the base of the peak of the Balkans trail (might be worth considering getting transport for the last road section)

They provided the best spread of food, hands down, of all of the places we stayed at during our hike of the peak of the Balkans. Very welcoming hosts who were very knowledgeable of the local area. Very good English as well with great service! Views from the dining area were amazing - beautiful glass panels meaning you could see the entire valley ahead of you.
