The location is a bit tricky. If you are driving, it can be challenging if you are not an experienced driver. And on foot prepare to walk with comfortable shoes. Not recommend for stollers.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was enough for starting the day and very tasty. The view just beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly and ready to serve you in any way! One the best host families that we ever met.

Host was amazing (friendly, good advice, good communication prior to arrival). The rooms were perfect and the view from the balcony was spectacular! Parking - the had reserved a spot for us - thank you! It’s about a 10 min walk from the bazar/restaurants (up and down). We would definitely recommend.

It was a bit difficult to find up a very narrow winding hill road. Some signage would help.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Parking was inside the gates in the courtyard which was convenient. It was a 20min walk often up hill to the old town centre which was hard going in 36degrees! The hosts mother made delicious fresh plum jam off their trees for our breakfast.

It’s not a bad comment, but the way up is quite tricky ridin’ a fully packed motorcycle.

The very friendly welcome we received from the 3 generations family. Our room 103 was spacious and comfortable with a magnificent view.

The staff were super friendly. They came and found us after our Sat nav took us down a narrow lane, then guided us there in his car. The rooms were and the breakfast tasty.

We stayed for two nights in the triple room (2 adults and 1 child). The room was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly, especially with kids. We enjoyed staying there, having breakfast with a nice view at the castle of Gjirokastra. It was a good experience. The road up the hill is a bit steep, but doable.

The owners were delightful. Very welcoming and did everything to ensure our stay was perfect. The views from our balcony and the terrace across to the castle were stunning. Breakfast was lovely. All locally sourced with superb homemade jams. Plenty to fuel us for a day of sightseeing. Our room was immaculately presented and recently refurbished.

Great location with a view of the castle. Far enough out of the touristy area to feel more local but still easy to walk to the action if you don't mind a few steep steps. All the owners were very welcoming and hospitable. The room was the cleanest and best value that we stayed in during our trip

Loved the homemade breakfast using ingredients from the garden! Excellent hospitality, would definitely stay again. An absolute gem of a place close to all attractions and restaurants with stunning views.
