Neutral: The presence of two goats owned by the hostess, along with other animals in the village, might cause occasional noises at night, adding to the rustic ambiance of the place. The open ceiling between the room and the bathroom might feel a bit intimidating to some, bringing a unique character to the space. Additionally, while communication before arrival is facilitated in English via Booking.com, having a translation app or knowledge of Albanian can be very helpful for communicating with the hostess once you arrive. Negative: Unfortunately, the room lacks air conditioning, which might cause discomfort during the warmer months.

Positive: Our stay was exceptionally budget-friendly without compromising on comfort and cleanliness. The room was impeccably clean and of adequate size to ensure a comfortable night's stay. The booking and communication process through Booking.com was smooth and hassle-free, making planning our stay a breeze. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hostess who made sure we felt right at home. The modern bathroom facilities were a nice addition, blending contemporary comforts with the traditional setting. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gestures of the hostess, including treating us to fresh fruits and preparing a delicious vegetarian breakfast upon request. Nestled in a small village near Berat, the accommodation offers a genuine glimpse into traditional Albanian life, far removed from the touristy hustle and bustle. With a small barbershop and bar just steps away, guests can immerse themselves in the unfiltered daily life of the locals.

There was nothing that i did not liked. But accomodation is basic and some might have a problem with that. But if you want experience the local way of life its recommended

When i arrived i was welcomed with fruits and fresh goatmilk from own goats. The hospitality was just very good and i enjoyed every minute of my stay. Despite the 4 km distance from berat it was located in a nice spot from where you can make beautiful hikes. The breakfast was great with all fresh homemade cheese and jam and milk and eggs. Just fantastic!
