Authentic Albanian stay down to the hand made curtains, in-wall cupboards and vine-covered courtyard. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Daffina was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again. Dory the dog was an added bonus!

We arrived a little before the agreed time. There was no sign with "Green House." It was difficult to get in touch. Messages via Booking.com went unanswered, and we also couldn't reach anyone by phone. Only after half an hour, well past the agreed check-in time, did a curtain move aside, and we were let in. The hostess did not speak English. The next morning, there was some confusion. The hostess did not know that we had also ordered breakfast. She had to go shopping for it, and there was confusion about the price. On Booking.com, the price is 3 euro per person (still the case), but on the price list on-site, it was 4 euro. But even 4 euro was actually far too little for the quality provided. We ultimately paid 3 euro pp.

We did stay one night end May 2025. Gps: 40.61270, 20.78263 We had the upper floor to ourselves with a bedroom, living room, dining room, and toilet/shower. The house had an authentic feel. The dog Dora, small but enthusiastic, loved attention. This made it a bit difficult when we had to lug our suitcases up and down the stairs. The location of the guesthouse was excellent, 700 meters from the cathedral and double that to the bazaar. Parking was free with plenty of space on the street. The breakfast was excellent, including pancakes and fruit.

Only problem was Internet connection, it kept disconnecting every now and then. As solo traveller to me that's crucial to keep in contact with family and friends. Other than that, the place and host were GREAT !!!

Great property in great location. Defina the host is very friendly and quick to help answer any questions. Also she has a lovely dog. Easy to find property, on street parking. Shops close by.

A little too much furniture. All is beautiful, but if some small tables or a chair were removed, it would feel more open. This was not a problem, just a suggestion.

Nothing not to like. It's a 10 minute walk to the heart of the city but not a problem for me as I arrived by bike.

Wonderful, atmospheric property in a quiet location close to the Korca Beer factory. Full of character and a delightful host. Tremendous value. Highly recommended.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Mrs Dafina, the owner was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Bonus: the owner’s dog 🐶 was the highlight of the stay.

This was a great find. The host and her granddaughter were very welcoming. The apartment is nice and set up with everything needed for an overnight stay whilst exploring Albania by car.

Great location, the host (and her dog 🐶) are very friendly. We would definitely recommend having both breakfast and dinner at this place. It's excellent value for money and a great way to get to know the Albanian cuisine. The garden is nice to relax and de-stress.

Narrow and uncomfortable stairs to apartment. According to booking description apartment is pet friendly, but host was rather suprised even I asked before about dogs and extra fees. Unfortunately host do not understand English, so don't trust "OK" answers :)

Located in nice private house, close to city centre. Large bedroom, extra bed in interconnecting room. You can park on street just near entrance.

A lot of space for 2 people. Air conditioner as well in the bedroom. Also a brick stove for a natural warm in living room was nice. Internet was fast.

We just loved our stay here. It felt like home. After a walk in snowy weather we would walk inside and be welcomed by the warmth of a wood heater. The bedroom, which was separate, had reverse cycle air. The unit was beautifully warm and comfortable. The decor was lovely. The location was excellent in a quiet Street very close to the main centre. Street parking for our car was available outside. It felt very safe. But what made this place so special was our host Dafina. A very caring, generous lady and an amazing cook. The crepe breakfasts were delicious and the evening meals we ordered were truly sumptuous. On our arrival we received such a warm welcome and we were greeted with coffee and biscuits. Can’t expressed our thanks enough. Highly recommend.

Dafina is a very warm and kind person. It was very welcoming from the first moment. The place is perfect, very clean, and on the leaving room there was a fire. The food is amazing. I was so happy to choose that place :)

I like because it was a retro house and spacious for 3 people. The owner was very friendly and helping us for everything. The location was very near city center just 5 minutes by foot.
