IsraelThe Bathroom is small. The shower head wets the whole floor but there is a mop. The minibar has to be moved so it can be connected to electricity. The cattle was rusted (replaced with a new one).
New hotel with all needed room facilities. Excellent bed and pillows. Nice balcony with sea view . The staff including the manager are doing their best to satisfy.

The pool side floor was very slippery! I witnessed a kid falling very bad and got hurt! I had to watch every step of my own and of my two years old daughters, it was seriously dangerous and unpleasant! Couldn’t enjoy the pool at all! The interior design and the vibes of the lobby didn’t match the rooms, it was like two different places.

We had a wonderful experience at Great White Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is modern and very well located with the beach and beautiful water right across the street. We visited in the off season so the hotel was not full and we received a complimentary upgrade to an amazing room with a view and balcony. We enjoyed drinks by the pool and ate all our meals in the hotel restaurant. We found that we had everything we could want and never needed to leave the hotel property.

The location is fantastic, with a private beach, super comfy chairs, provided towels, and warm, crystal-clear water. An idyllic place to stay, right on the beach in Shengjin! Beautiful ocean views, beautiful and clean rooms, and an infinity pool perfect for a peaceful afternoon swim. The service from the staff was amazing; from the moment we arrived they made us feel so comfortable, and helped us with calling taxis / storing our baggage while enjoying the beach. The food was the cherry on top, delicious and abundant! 10/10 we will be back to stay here again!!

SwedenThat it is a bit away from the central city of Shengjin, but stilk super close. With car only about 5-8 minutes.
It was super close the beach and it was big and airy, super nicely decorated and furnished. Everything in the rooms were functional except for the mini fridge because we accidentally unplugged it and asked for help but they never helped us, i think they forgot as it was also evening time.

Actually, there are no security cameras at the pool. We experienced that someone has stolen our sun burn creams at the pool, and hotel staff couldn't help us. It is a bit disappointing that this happened at the small pool. Hotel staff tried to help but there were no cameras outside in the pool.
Property was very nice. It is the very new hotel, close to the beach, nice parking outside and inside in the garage, and close to the center.

GermanyWe booked a sea view room and when we arrived the room was actually infront of the wilderness, then the staff proceeded to tell me that if i go to the corner of the balcony then i can see the sea and that it was a “corner sea view room” however that was nowhere statet while i was making the booking! Some parts of the room were not clean at all, there was a hole in the wall behind the tv, and it was very poorly architectured.

However, there were a few things that didn’t meet my expectations. The view from our room was a letdown, it was at the back of the hotel, overlooking broken concrete and cut-down trees, which really took away from the experience. Breakfast was another downside, even though I went at around 8:15–8:30 (just shortly after it was served at 8:00), the food was already cold and the options were very limited. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I also found it frustrating that none of the food was labeled properly, so I had no idea what was safe for me to eat. For the price we paid, I expected much better. The hotel’s restaurant also only offered seafood and was extremely overpriced, which didn’t feel worth it. Overall, while some aspects were enjoyable, there are definitely areas that need improvement.
What I really liked was the interior of the hotel it was modern, clean, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the pool area was great: clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing.
