We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was big, with enough space to put our bags and our clothes. Beautiful view from the windows. The breakfast was good. Wifi was not working very well, but they brought a solution for this and were very helpful with fixing it.

The breakfast service could be a bit more structured, and some minor updates in the bathroom would round off the overall impression nicely.

We stayed for one night and were warmly welcomed. The view from the rooftop terrace is truly beautiful, and the breakfast served there was also good. The location is a bit outside the city center, but easy to reach by car, with parking available. The room was fine, though the bathroom was a bit small and slightly dated. Breakfast was served by a young host – very friendly, just a little slow in the process. For our short stay, everything was just fine.

The road to the villa was a bit rough, (not their fault of course), but it would help to have a sign or a board with the name of villa in it, because it was very small and invisible, that we had to go around for almost 10 minutes until we noticed the light sign with the name of the hotel in it. Also, it would be better to have some slippers for the toilet.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was air conditioner and a fridge to keep your water fresh. Everything seemed clean and the furniture was new and nice. The sea view from the balcony was very refreshing. There was free parking at the villa. The garden with the trees and flowers was cute too. It made me think it would be fun to stay longer.

We were there in the off-season so some things weren't really how one would expect. The hall light on our floor didn't work and the heat in one of the rooms was weak at best. We didn't complain about any of this and just dealt with it, so they probably would have fixed these problems given the chance. And again, it was December, so its not like it was prime time. It was not in a central location so driving was required to go into town (of course this is clear from the location on the map).

It was well worth the price and the view from the balcony was amazing. They also let us check in early and that was greatly appreciated. Beds were comfortable and it was clean.

The private beach, which was supposed to be free, turned out to be paid. There were also issues finding the hotel upon arrival, but the owner helped resolve the problem. The bathroom was very inconvenient: all the water collected in the middle of the bathtub, and the toilet was hard to use. The poor soundproofing affected the quality of sleep.

The hotel impressed with its cleanliness and comfort: the bedding was pristine, and the towels were impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the window was truly stunning. The terrace with its fantastic view where breakfast was served was a highlight. The staff was friendly, and having private parking was convenient.

Lot of construction work is going on in this area and therefore also the beach of the hotel is currently closed. Hadn’t had breakfast/lunch/dinner there, regarding to the price, cheaper options in the city; 6km away from the city center, my be a problem, depending on what you are planning to do

Would recommend bringing an eye mask as the curtain let through a lot of light. Shower cubicle a bit small but very clean and great water pressure.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The Vila is in a tranquil area of Valona with a fantastic view of the peninsula be and island. It is not far from the promenade but one needs to take the car especially now that they are doing street works

Only one type of breakfast is served with no choice offered, not ideal when one of us was vegetarian!

The bathroom was a bit weird, with no space between the toilet and the shower and no curtain for the shower. Hot water ran out pretty quickly. Not very comfortable to have a shower there. Also, staff was really in a rush to make us pay and breakfast was quite simple (+ no coffee).

No local bar in walking distance, taxi a bit of a rip off for a 2.5 k trip to Valore beach strip. But two local supermarkets and some good restaurants in walking distance?

The location is a bit difficult to find, also because Google maps is not very precise. Another suggestion would be that of installing a shower tend, to avoid the bathroom getting wet.

The place was very neat and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bar on the terrace has a beautiful panorama - the same place where breakfast is served. Breakfast was very good. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I would suggest staying here. Many beaches are close and Vlore is few minutes away.

Furniture should be renovated/upgraded. Something that was kind of irritating to us is the fact that the shower had no curtain/panel, which caused us to flood the whole bathroom every single time we took a shower.

Rooms are quite basic but decent. Staff is very helpful, flexible and supportive. The hotel's actual showpiece is the very pleasant rooftop terrace, where you can fully enjoy delicious breakfasts under the morning sun or sip a drink or two while admiring the sun setting over the Gulf of Valona.
