Great location. Very clean and friendly staff.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was very good. Location amazing.

We were not informed that at 7 p.m., they closed the road. So it was very difficult to find the hotel and park. After 1h of driving around and with the help of some locals and the receptionist and the local police we manage to park and go to the hotel. All end up well. Almost give up on staying there. Request for the hotel put on the website the information about closing the road.

The hotel was exceptional and highly recommend it. The rooms were very clean and comfortable to stay in. The staff were really friendly and always willing to help or guide me to meet me my daily requirements. The price was very affordable.

Location, cleanliness and staff.

Smell of sewer from bathroom drain. AC did not work well enough to keep room cooler than outside at night. I would open my door around 5:00 AM to let in the cooler air. I asked about getting the AC checked but was told that nothing could be done but maybe move rooms. I didn’t want to move all my stuff so that’s on me to be fair.

We loved how close it was to where bus dropped us off. Communication from hotel was great. Beautiful streets with lots of restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away. Room beautiful and new.

The location is outstanding, everything seems brand new, bed comfortable, nice linens, soft towels, room is spacious. Shower is great. Staff are friendly and helpful and efficient. WiFi is good - great spot to remote work. Great hotel - I am going back.

Only downside is that there isn’t really a window - only the door is glass and you need to keep the curtain pulled so everyone doesn’t see you. Also if you are a solo traveller you don’t meet anyone.

Sewer smell in bathroom. AC was not working properly and asked 3 times for it to be looked at. To be fair they offered another room after the third time I complained. Outside at night was cooler than in the room at the same time. Drain for shower was backed up. The light from the outside lights made it seem like it was always daylight in my room. Had curtains but the light still came from the sides of the curtains. I saw another room who had put one of their sheets up across the windows to keep the light out. The bed was hard as a rock. I know as an American that we are used to softer beds but this was like sleeping on the box springs. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I loved this hotel. As it's well described it's in a key areas everything is super near, the supermarket, restaurants,bars etc. Super neat and clean, super assistable staff ,kind and friendly. They also gave the best recommendations. Will definitley come back.

The property was very clean, very friendly staff and price competitively .Amazing location I highly recommend your stay at this hotel
