Excellent hotel to stay in Ksamil, I recommend 100%, we had a great time here. Klajdi our host speaks very well English and was most helpful with recommendations and tips of places to see, beaches, restaurants. Large clean rooms with balconies, modern AC, good wifi, very convenient parking spot. Location is excellent, close to beaches and restaurants and bars, and calm at night.

Nice, clean and functional. Very nice hosts, good advice and tips for what to do and where to eat. The location is perfect, everything on walking distance.

Property was in a good location within walking distance to beaches and lots of bars and restaurants. The host was extremely friendly and hospitable and gave us some great recommendations for beaches (not just the main ones that everyone visits) and for great restaurants.

The hotel had a convenient location close to beach clubs and restaurants. The rooms were basic, but had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Super clean rooms and a good homemade breakfast. The highlight was the friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and gave us many good tips. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Klajdi and his team provided excellent facilities and breakfast, as well as marvelous support with respect to places to visit and to have food! Wonderful experience and location. I recommend it and hope to stay again there.

A family owned and staffed hotel in a fabulous location, close to all Ksamil has to offer. The hotel was spotlessly clean and we loved the balcony for our evening wine. Breakfast offered a wide range of choice, it was freshly prepared and constantly replenished. The family couldn’t do enough for their guests. Communication was so easy and we got recommendations every day for the best beaches, restaurants, bars, places of interest not to be missed. Although we didn’t have a car, parking was also available on site.

There was daily free breakfast and it was more than we expected. There were fresh pastries and breads cooked by the family. It also included fresh coffee and tea, cooked eggs and sausage, yogurt, juice and cereal. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Excellent from start to finish the owners were exceptional so helpful . Assisting with transfers giving us tips for our stay so friendly . Thanks Clyde snd Gildi

Excellent location! Very close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Wonderful room, spotlessly clean and plenty of parking. Lovely breakfast served outside on the terrace.

I recommend with both hands! The place is wonderful, clean, tidy with all amenities. We had breakfast included, which was very tasty, always warm and tailored to us. The staff was extremely kind, responsive and courteous. We will repeat with pleasure!

Very cozy place with a great host. Everything was amazing, the apartment was big enough for 4 people. Host was polite and helpful, suggested good places where to go in the evening and even though we missed breakfast time the next day he packed a bag of pancakes for our trip. 10/10, I would definitely recommend :)

It was close to the beach approx. 10 minutes by walk. Furthermore the apartmant was very clean and the staff was helpful and kind with us. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough.

I went there with my family and was amazing. Everything perfect.the staff was so respectful and helpful. And breakfast was so good.

We stayed at this hotel with my girlfriends recently and everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and to many great places to eat and drink. The location is very central. It has a lovely garden and a parking area. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Klajdi took care of everything for us — he contacted us even before our arrival to assist us, and he continued to help throughout our stay. Even after we checked out, he kindly answered our questions and helped us whenever we needed. His kindness and attentiveness were truly exceptional. The breakfast was another highlight — it was prepared by Klajdi’s mother. It was clean, delicious, filling, and honestly as good as a traditional Turkish breakfast. If I ever visit Ksamil again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you for everything! 🌿✨

The hotel is in a perfect location, it is only a 3-5 minute walk to the centre of Ksamil and the beaches. It is also only 45 minutes to Blue eye via car. The hotel is family run creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere every single day. The rooms were adequately equipped for anything you could need during your stay.
