You have to drive with the car to the city center, but that was not a problem for us.

Rooms where quiet big, everything was clean and comfortable. We very liked the breakfast with warm pancakes, specially our kids ❤️ The host was polite and friendly 👌

It is one floor of the two storey house, downstairs lives the family and the guests have the upstairs. It is very spacious, there are two bedrooms with kings size beds, one of the bedrooms additionally contains baby bed. The third room is a bedroom/living area with four single beds, sofa, table, freedge and TV. All these rooms have air conditioning. There is one more bedroom, somehow connected with the living area, with two single beds and a very big window and the balcony. The bathroom is nice and spacious with a shower. The breakfasts were delicious! The outside of the flat has a lovely, spacious sitting area with coffee machine, sofa, tables and chairs. The view is on the local mountains and the neighbourhood. The flat is located 10 mins drive from the very centre of the old town. The house is new, very clean, rooms are of a very generous size. The hosts are a 3 generations family, all very friendly and open. Vanessa, the host's daughter, was very helpful throughout our stay and was helping us all to communicate as her English was very good. Her father speaks Italian but we managed to communicate anyway. I very much recommend the place, it is excellent value for money for this very popular location.

The owners made us feel very welcome. The rooms have a lot of space and had all the facilities we needed. Everything was clean. Berat was only a 5 minute drive away. Breakfast was made by the grandmother and it was delicious. We would recommend this place!

The rooms didn’t have curtains, which made sleeping in difficult. But this is really the only con we can name

The owners were very friendly! They gave us tips for where to go for dinner and gave us oranges from the garden! The house itself was beautiful and the views stunning. The included breakfast was really good!

The owners were so friendly and helped us out with any problems we had. There was so much room we could have fit 10 people easily. Parking was really easy (just pull into the left of the gate) and felt very safe.

Great location, 5 minutes from the castle. Spacious and great for e group. Yammy breakfast. Free and secure parking lot. Very friendly host and ready to help anytime. Next time we will vizit Berat, that´s the place we will stay again for sure.

It was splendid beyond words! Amazing hosts ( George and Mishel and George' s mother ) they were very friendly and provide every details needed. Even they did the outmost to feel like at home. They took us by car to the downtown to see the vivid BERAT at night. The villa is newly refurbished , kettle , coffee machine , huge fridge at your disposal. You can enjoy the view from a huge terrace. Highly recommend to be accommodated here!!

The apartment was very large (the whole floor of the villa). We were very nicely welcomed by the family who was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was super clean and very large. One bathroom for a large number of guests

New apartment in the quiet area of ​​Berat with a great balcony and the view. Everything is new, clean and shiny and there is enough space for a large group - 3 bedrooms, one with a private balcony and there are also 4 beds in the living room. The balcony has tables and a coffee machine, dishes including disposable dishes and there is also a refrigerator. A very good breakfast is served on the balcony and everything is also absolutely fair price.

More comfortable seating in the living area , window shades, and bedside reading lamps would be nice. But given this is a new establishment, I believe these things will be included eventually. It’s about a 20-30 min walk into town or there’s a bus sometimes that you can catch. If you have access to car they have ample parking.

They warmly greeted us in person upon our arrival. This is a brand new 3bdrm/1bath guesthouse. The multi generational hosts live downstairs and they are so sweet and attentive. They are eager to please and are always ready to help. The delicious breakfasts are a bonus. Sparkling clean and spacious space with nice linens. They drive us to the bus station when we left.

Brand new clean and luxurious 4 bedroom property with a large balcony overlooking the valley and mountain. Stunning views. Family were wonderfully kind and welcoming. I can't recommend it highly enough. Look forward to coming back next year.
