I took the bigger room and got the only room where every window was facing the restaurant so when you open the curtains people could look in. But on one window you could see the bar so that's a win i guess. And its also nice if you are an exhibitionist and like doing it in front others while they're eating and drinking ;) breakfast was also top👍

our room (the suite) overlooked the patio and it was on the first floor (same as the reception area) which made it a little harder for privacy if you wanted to get fresh air and open the windows. Nobody was usually at the reception - a lot of people would ring the bell for check in - might be annoying for some.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night visit to Pogradec and definitely chose the right hotel. We stayed in the Rose Room and felt very happy with the room which was very spacious and had a huge bathroom with shower and soaking tub. We grabbed some foam soap from the Euro store and I had a bubble bath one day. So relaxing! The included breakfast was excellent. You're given a sheet to fill out the night before and choose your time and meal/beverages options. The breakfast is served in their outdoor dining garden and was excellent every day. The mattress was super comfortable, the surroundings were beautiful, and the location was great. We would 100% stay there again!

Loud music from other establishments kind of spoils the peaceful garden evening / night drinks. There is another cafe in front of the hotel and also a small fair for kids with joy rides - both these close by places played loud music till late in the evening which really disturbed our would-be-otherwise nice evening drinks.

Lovely hotel right by the lakeside. Also has a nice restaurant and cafe in a beautiful lush green garden! Lots of tasty breakfast choices (not an open buffet - which is good because IMO people usually waste food there). Hotel room itself was also very spacious with high ceilings and all the amenities. Location of the hotel is also nice, not too much in the city-center that you get too many people around you. It is in walking distance to the main street.

This place is amazing! We were I. The Rose Room and it was lovely. The breakfast was great and the location was right across from a beautiful rose garden and nice beaches. The flowers and the smell of the jasmine were wonderful. The staff were all very kind and made you feel at home.

The breakfasts were a little weird, and a couple things in the room didn’t work, but when we mentioned them to the staff they were grateful to be told!

The building was beautiful and the rooms were lovely. There are not many (or any?) other facilities like this in Pogradec. And the staff were lovely. There were two staff members who were totally fluent in English, and they were a great help when we needed advice or suggestions.

There were cleaning issues, the shower floor was not cleaned properly, dust in some spaces. Not all staff spoke English, communication was hard at some points and some staff seemed reluctant or bored.

The hotel is in an excellent position, the decoration is great and the room was comfortable. Breakfast has a great variety and it is made to order.
