We had an amazing stay at this guesthouse in Theth! 🌿 The place is beautiful, surrounded by stunning nature, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and made with organic local products – a perfect start to the day. What made the experience truly special was the owner. She welcomed us with such warmth and kindness, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The owner is the heart of this guesthouse – warm, positive, and genuinely caring, she made us feel more like family than guests. Her hospitality went above and beyond – when we were leaving, she even gifted us a jar of honey, which was such a thoughtful gesture. 🍯 I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Theth. It’s not just a stay, it’s a genuine experience of Albanian hospitality. I would definitely come back!

It would be helpful to put on some sings with the name of the hotel so it could be easier to find.

We stayed at fryma e bjeshkeve 1 night, and it was better than I expected. Everything at this hotel is brand new, and the mattress was very clean and comfortable . The breakfast was delicious, and it was plenty. The staff was excellent, served the breakfast an hour earlier than oppening time without hesitation as we needed to leave early. I definitely recommend it 👌

Maybe they have to finish small details of the building's masonry and installations in order to get that everything looks perfect. Not a big issue.

The lady in charge was the perfect hostess: we suffered a minor intestinal illness before we arrived in Theth, and she took care of us when we needed any little help. Wonderfull views from our bedroom, a delicious breakfast that is also the lunch, and almost the dinner. The building smelled of new wood.

The accomodation is situated at the centre of Thethi and is very comfortable. The view from our balcony was breathtaking! The host was very kind, welcoming and gave good advice regarding Theth and the surrounding area. I would defenately stay there again and recommend it to friend and family. Breakfast was very good too.

No hangers in the bathroom (this seems to be a problem throughout Albania 🙂)

Amazing landlord, greeted us with fruits and later home made cookies for check-in. The place is 4 months new and beautiful. Our room wad spacious with a small balcony and a terrific view of the mountains and river. The breakfast was very local and delicious. There are plenty of hiking trails around to the waterfalls or blue eye.

No AC so it was hot at night. The air gets cool here in the evening, so we wanted to.open the windows, but were afraid of the mosquitos without any window screen

The best location in teth, right in the center, across from the info center. The family that runs the place us so warm and welcoming, constantly surprising us with plates of fruit and food. The facility is brand new. I can't speak highly enough about our experience. Theth is magical. The stat was phenomenal

Family driven hotel - the kids helping out was so nice🫶 We felt very welcome. The rooms are really nice, and everything is new and very tasteful. The garden is full of flowers, and it’s such a nice place. Breakfast was great, and the host was very helpful with our needs. Be sure to have dinner there as well, our favorites was the roasted pork and zucchini in yoghurt, delicious! We really enjoyed our stay.

The size of the rooms was a bit cramped, there wasn't much space for our luggage. As in other places we stayed in in Albania, the shower is not separated by a curtain so the toilet and the sink and floor all get very wet while showering. There were no towel holders. There were no weather proof chairs on the balcony. We hope the wooden floor doesn't get damaged after some time since the roads of the village aren't paved and often quite wet and there weren't any floor mats.

We were welcomed by the very friendly Aga, who helped us with every question and request we had, she organized the transport of our luggage to Shkodra and made fresh breakfast everyday. The property is beautifully located, in the center of Theth and has a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains and village. It has a huge garden and nice terrace for breakfast. Warm water in the shower was always available. They already offered WIFI, although it was not listed when we booked.

Nothing really. Only thing to keep in mind is the lack of air conditioning on VERY hot summer days. Usually not necessary though!

- the shower changes temp dramatically every few mins, often getting scalding hot. This made it a bit hard to shower and meant I used much more water than I would have otherwise. The water pressure is good on the handheld, but the rain shower was quite weak. If you could add another holding spot for the handheld higher up, that would be a big help. - - - that being said there was always hot water available which was most important to me :) - soundproof could be a little better. It’s mostly quiet anyway but one night a room down the hall got home after 1 am and I could easily hear them talking etc for more than an hour which was annoying. I think it’s the doors not the walls - I didn’t hear the room next to me during my stay at all, for example These are just small things that did not impact my stay overall :)

- the comfiest pillows I’ve slept on maybe ever, not just in Albania. The whole bed was super comfy - the breakfast was delicious & elaborate - the host was exceptionally kind - she brought me a fruit plate upon arrival which was so thoughtful and appreciated after 8 hours on a mountain - the location was perfect, right in the middle of the little town and easily found after the hike - the rooms look exactly as pictured - everything is modern and clean and beautifully designed - there were lots of little details that I appreciated, like a mini fridge in the room, a light around the mirror in the bathroom, a window that opens two ways (I found this so cool haha) - I would upgrade to a room with a balcony if you can, so you can see the stars at night. It’s so beautiful and peaceful with the mountains all around you Overall one of my favourite places in Albania :) highly highly recommend. Thank you again to the host for being so kind and caring.

Great place to stay in Theth. It’s a good starting point for hikes, and the host was very friendly and attentive. She welcomed us with a small treat of fresh fruit and cake when we arrived, and surprised us with another one after we returned from our hike on the second day. Breakfast was freshly prepared and really tasty. Would recommend!

Our shower was clogged, so after a day of hiking we were unable to shower, and that was very uncomfortable.
