Great stay! The owner was very communicative and provided clear instructions, which made check-in easy. The apartment was clean and in a perfect location — close to everything. Would definitely recommend!

Two nights at Berat. This place was stunning, clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The terrace has amazing views, the apartment location it's perfect, the bathroom is spacious, you have washing machine if needed and a very useful kitchen. I fully recommend it!!

It was beautiful and equipped with everything. The terrace was great To park turn left up the hill at Hotel Berati and then make your first left. Follow the road around to the left and the host will help you park. Or park on the Main Street near Top shop and walk up the hill not far.

The flat was spacious, cozy, and right in the heart of Berat—easy to walk everywhere. It had all the essentials for a comfortable short stay.

Great view from the terrace, you get a mini fridge with 2 water bottles in your room. Good location.

Host doesn't speak English. No parking. Very tiny bathroom.

Superb flat very well located ! Big living room to chill in and great Terasse on the roof with an amazing view of Berat ! The hostess was amazing - we took the time to talk, share a drink and have a great moment - she enjoyed being able to speak French

Nothing - all was perfect

We booked very last minute after our rental car broke down in the city. But we were delighted with the accommodation and our lovely host. Exceptionally clean and comfy.

The hosts were very sweet, even though they don't speak english, they tried to communicate with us. We ended up using google translator and spoke in English, French and Albanian. The place is very close to everything, walkable distance from the sights etc. The rooftop is extremely cute with an amazing view. We had access to the kitchen / living room and our room had a private bathroom.

It wasn't possible to park nearby so it was a struggle to put down the car. There is an underground garage nearby for 800 LEK / night, so that was okay. I believe I booked a room with two separate beds but we got a room with one double bed (I was with a male friend of mine so it would have been important to sleep separately, but it was not an issue after all). Unfortunately, we did not close the room when we went upstairs to the rooftop and 50€ was stolen from my friend's wallet. We don't think it was the hosts, but some other guests perhaps. That was a bad experience but it was kind of our mistake, not to close the room.

The room is very tidy and comfortable. The owner is very helpful. 1000/10. The washroom is amazing.

This flat is wonderful, very clean, comfortable and well located. The owner is adorable and very helpful. She even gave us two bottles of water in the mini fridge to cope with the intense heat. A small but great detail that we appreciated very much!

Everything was extremely clean, insanely comfy beds, great water pressure in the shower, beautiful terrace with a view, beautiful kitchen and living room, everything new and pristine. Mini fridge in our room, fridge in the kitchen at our disposal. And, above all, a GREAT host! Great communication, easy to get in touch with, a warm, friendly woman who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, all without invading our privacy in any way. So far the best stay we've had ever, anywhwere.

There's absolutely nothing we didn't like about our stay here!

Lindita was a great host very friendly and communicated very well - The flat is centrally located in the town close to everything - Our room was large and comfortable and our own bathroom was located outside the bedroom all very clean - Really enjoyed our stay
