We had to carry the suitcases from the stairs at the entry, would have been useful to have something on the side where we can wheel the suitcases, also no lift we had to carry all our stuff upstairs and then downstairs again when we left. The pillows were uncomfortable and hard, it seems that they’re old style pillows, we ask their receptionist to bring us extra pillows, he gave us 2 pillows and asked us to change the covers and give him the other two pillows back, when we ask, can we keep these an extra? He said no, he needs it for another room. But even the the pillows he brought were old and uneven, I was surprised that a nice hotel didn’t have nice and extra pillows.

The location, helpful staff, parking in front of the hotel so we loaded the suitcases, The view , the breakfast view was amazing, lots of beautiful spots to take pictures, you can see the sea and the umbrellas, the decor inside the hotel is very posh and very spacious

The elevator - just for second floor...for first floor you must go by stairs!!!!

On our arrival there was a misunderstanding which was very quickly solved. The manager ALDO is a person who confirm that "PEOPLE MAKE TURISM not buildings or places. I must specialy point out young mens on the receptions named GLEDIS and ERDIS who were so friendly and available with all informations we needed and always with a big smile.

The walking pathways sometimes are dirty in the busy hours, and it's a place frequented by many people, so if you are looking for a Vacation without too many people, this ain't it.

Friendly staff and good location, at the time we paid 100 EUR per night per Person, and the breakfast was not far away to get to. Restaurants, coffee shops, all close around, everything in walking distance.

I know this is a hotel. But this hotel is a beach hotel. How can I stay for 7 days without washing machine. Also no AC in the bedroom. I paid £824 for my stay very expensive compared with building's around the hotel. I left the hotel one night before finished my holiday

There is very dificult to drive to hotel with a car. Need to leave car, walk to the reception and just after that you will get possibility to drive in garage. This hotel has 3 receptions and not and you will not get a staff everywhere, especially at afternoon. The breakfast was with little choice. The apartments was ok, but not perfect.

Parking garage is really good because to park a car at this area is really dificult.

we didnt like the shower, it was incredibly small, the height of the toilet was very high, the reception didnt always have staff and there were no direction signs to the hotel.

beds was very old probably since second world war one move all apartment could hear it, also no bin provided in the apartments so wondering if anyone makes rubbish or was it just me and no where to put them!. bedroom had no air conditioning so you be ok at 35c without one🤦‍♂️. anyway not gone keep going but very simple i definitely won’t be back!.
