Great pool

The managament was so friendly anytime ready to assist! Franci the sympatic guy anytime ready to help! Swimming pool perfect! Daughter was using even with new earned friends from EU at evenings! Beach two minutes walk just accross the street! Surrounding with markets restaurant and hotel located in center of Borsh! Restaurant at hotel Fabio delicious and with budget prices! Our stay was perfect!

Very helpful staff, clean, all you need for a decent stay. Nice pool is working again as at 1st Oct.

The only issue was the shower, no pressure so not able to use it

We were looking for a quiet location with nearby restaurants and bars. A base for trips in the area. Brilliant location for this. But we visited mid September and the town is closing down. Amazing pool, but they started cleaning as we arrived and was not ready 4 days later when we left, so we couldn't use. Hosts amazing. Keen to help out and very friendly. A great breakfast. Lovely restaurant, when it's open. A bar on site is a great plus, again when it's open. Loads of parking on site. A few minutes walk to the beach with lots of space. Loungers to rent but enough space so you don't need to. Rooms were really comfortable. Very basic but comfortable beds and loads of towels and toiletries all provided. No issues with water, although it's solar heating so you need to be patient. I would certainly consider returning but during the summer season.

Booking was easy but if you are visiting Albania bear in mind this is one of very few countries I know that is mostly cash payments. In the winter they close the credit card payment accounts. Larger places do take Euros. This hotel requests payment by transfer prior to arrival, but when I asked for details they didn't provide anything. We took cash and paid on arrival. Paid in Euros. We arrived to a green pool. This was being cleaned and emptied. It was not ready when we left 4 days later. I specifically booked for the pool. So a massive negative for me. No compensation offered. Then the date of the bar and restaurant closing was stated as the week after we left. This was changed when we arrived to the day we arrived! We could have been told. Again no offer of compensation. Last negative was that I could have rebooked for a much cheaper price if I had booked the week we arrived. Because there is no free cancellation this wouldn't have really been worthwhile. Final minor issue was that there was a "well used" jogging bottoms left in one wardrobe. So the cleaners need to be a bit more careful. Despite all these issues I would still go back. Just in season, or late season but would book last minute. There are a few good restaurants a few minutes away and loads to do in the area.

Great pool, good restaurant, and distance to sea

Unfortunately the stay was disappointing. After a long journey, staff told us that our Deluxe Family room is not available. And that he can only offer just a room in ground floor next to the laundry room. No pool view. No real windows. No internet connection. Trust me, you don't want to solve it after 8 hours of driving. I went with my wife and 2 small children. After an argument, he offered me a 60 euro discount. I agreed because I had no more energy. It's a shame, the whole family was really looking forward to this holiday. And now it's just disappointing.

Comfortable beds and an amazing pool. The food was delicious and the staff was incredible and very friendly. The owner was so helpful and we could asked her for everything; she did her best to make us feel welcomed and cared for.

Clean and spacious rooms. good location by the beach, pool was clean and not too cold!!

The stay was absolutely fantastic, beyond our expectations!

The pool is beautiful and proximity to the beach is nice. Several restaurants and markets are just a few minutes walk. Borsch town is just a quick drive away with more restaurants, shopping, and sites.

Beautiful roomss with a gorgeous few. Also very clean and really near to the sea. Unfortunately the beds were pretty hard. Since it wa the end of the season, the restaurant and bar were closed. There was also much noise till 11 pm from a bar near ro the beach. Nevertheless we had a good time here in Borsh

The great place for families. Very friendly host. Fabio and his mom was helpfull and very nice Good location near to the sea with blue cristal water. Children spent many hours on the swimming pool. We felel like ay home. It was great time. Thank you and see you 😀

The breakfast was a litlle bit monotonous. It's be good to change menu a little bit. 😋

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, tasty food, just 2 minutes to the sea. The owners are very attentive and nice! Everything was great! The views and the the sea were so beautiful!
