Resort's part of the beach to be better regulated!

The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of choices. The service staff was always ready to serve and help.

Nothing terible. The pool doesn't have water cleaning zones, so there is some sand on the bottom, from people comming from beach, but the staff is working every day to clean it. There is some detail to work on - mainly small technical maintenance, but nothing what will poison the holidays. If you looking for clean room, kind staff, pool with lounges where is always place to find, and beach right behind it, then you will be satisfied. Unfortunatelly there is some garbage on the beach, but thats unfortunatelly everywhere in Albania - they don't have garbage cans on the beaches - somene shall think about it..

We were worried by the low rating a bit, but the hotel was absolutely fine. Clean rooms, quiet, and the location was a bit walk from the city center, which was perfect, becaus we didn't want to stay besides high buildings and traffic. Also they are vey nice retaurants nearby, just nearby the beach - not just beach bars, but nice restaurants, where you can go nicely dressed (for ex. Beluga). also acros the street is shop, pharmacy, and small tiny local shops with fruit etc. Very good thing - garage, For free, and opened to air, so the car doesn't get hot on sun, like on parking lots. The personnel is very kind and helpfull. Breakfast simple buffet, cold& hot, some fruit and sweet bakery. Simple, but traditional (eggs, sausages, local pie..), everybody can find what suits him. For us it was top value for the price.

Having been there during 2 nights, the check out day we had to pay extra for being in the pool around 2 hours the same morning. I think this is unacceptable after paying 160€ for our stay.

Everything was great, starting from Front Desk to Housekeeping. They clean your room daily, you have a delicious breakfast. Beach is right by the hotel and everything is close by.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Staff was fine and helpfull, bed was comfortable, swimming pool was very large and clean. Undeeground free parking is very useful, especially in a hot weather..the car is not heated when you step in.

The rooms were not very clean, and it’s very strange to find the shower next to the toilet without any separation, this makes the shower very messy when showering. Also the water stinks a lot to sulphur.

The place is somehow Ok, the breakfast was very good! The staff was very nice!

I couldn’t pay with cart cause the machine was broken

The hotel was very beautiful , the room was cosy and the staff were so respectful and helped us with some small problems . It was 10 minutes away from the centre on foot , I would visit it again for sure !

Breakfast, let alone it was poor but dead at 10 you must buy the coffee as they take the milk away. Extremely disappointed. Customer service inexistent.

Staff were rip off. On arrival we were told “forget booking.com, you must pay £25 more without a reason”. Staff were exceptionally rude and intentionally misleading. We ask them for a good place to eat and they advised us to go to a nasty place. Most likely family place where people start and end their day with raki.

Staff at the reception and breakfast were unhelpful and very grumpy! Food for breakfast wasn’t good enough for the money I paid.

Our main issue was mostly with the staff: not experienced, not welcoming and lack of thinking. (Cleaning ladies and gardener were actually the best among the staff) Wifi is absolutely not good, we did not have it in the room so we had to go to the main entrance to receive it.

The hotel is in front of the sea and quite close to the center, the location is actually good. Despite the comments I read we found the breakfast good. The swimming pool is really appreciated.

Friendly. Helpful. Nice and clean pool 31-32 celcius. Beach upfront hotel 29 celcius. 10-15 min walk to the center. Good restaurants 3-5 min walk.
