The hotel was more akin to an appartment complex than a hotel. There is no reception and no common areas apart from the very sparse breakfast area. Breakfast was fresh each morning but lacked a bit of variety. A TV with something other than a few Albanian and Macedonian channels would have been nice for when it rained

The location was excellent both right in front of the beach and also within easy walking distance to all the main bars and restaurants. The room was fine but the balcony was exceptional with views across the bay.

Breakfast needs more variety.

The location is great, just a few steps from the beach. Owners are very kind and helpful. It is absolutely worth it to spend a bit more money for the balcony with sea view.

Shower head leaked and grouting on wall could of used a cleaner on it. Shower leaked due to seals. Could of done with more coat hangers and maybe a bit more variety with breakfast instead of eggs and salad everyday.

The room was great and good size. Bed was very comfy and air con excellent . Ardi was great and nothing to much trouble, and great help with check out as we left at 2pm.

Lack of the basics such as no toilet roll and not cleaning the rooms daily. When in a beach town you would expect the floors to be swept or a broom provided to do this. Compared to the other hotels we stayed in Albania, I find this expensive for what you get.

Location was perfect, walking distance to everything you need and in a quiet enough part of town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, directly across the road from beach swimming spots and lots of great restaurants. Short walk into town and to supermarkets. Rooms are clean, lots of parking. Welcoming and attentive staff.

Remember you come for the ocean but The WiFi is really spotty so you cannot count on it The breakfast area feels like you are in a parking lot; they have no restaurant. The garden view rooms have a view of a dirty lot but you are so close to the sea.

The location is terrific only 30 seconds from the beach. The view from the sea view rooms is truly the best in Ksamil. The rooms are modern and very clean. It was the best location we saw in town.

Booked a room with sea view in upper floor as chosen on booking pictures and had a room with view to hotel parking The side window opened to the hotel main entrance so impossible to leave it open and the balcony had the view to breakfast terrace, hotel parking . Anyone in main road could see inside our room , I am glad we not stayed one night

The hotel is excellently located on the main street, close to bars, beach clubs, and a wide selection of restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The rooms come with balcony for smokers. The breakfast was fresh made and served every day by the owners. Ardian accommodated all our requests and ensured a smooth stay, while Rusa was very nice and kind and checked frequently on us to make sure we are not missing anything. It was a great stay, great value for money and the location of the hotel is excellent!
