My neighbours were loud but that wasn’t down the hotel.

1. location loads of restaurants, supermarkets, stores and beaches close by. It is also near a residential area so it’s so lovely and quiet. 2. The bed was very comfortable. 3. Hotel staff extremely lovely. 4. Very clean - fresh towels and bedding everyday. 5. Breakfast was also good! 6. The TV also has Netflix and YouTube. 7. I travelled alone and felt safe.

Had some problems with the room safe (no instructions) but staff provided the key to reset the password so we could use it for the first time. I think they should provide a little more toilet paper per day, I'd say that keeping at least 1 roll per person per day should be ideal.

It's a brand new hotel, the staff was lovely, (we could communicate enough with English with them), the breakfast selection was simple but really tasty. The room basically didn't had any drawers but I didn't mind it. Great shower, facilites were new and functioning. A modern look in the middle of town, I was really surprised. Good air conditioning too, could keep the room cold in August weather just fine. It has an design just like my taste so i really felt at home. TV was an android tv, I could watch Netflix, YouTube, everything I wanted, they really thought out their rooms to the modern traveler. They gave some water bottles to drink every day, that was also cool and considerate of the owner. The bathroom mirror lights were also a really nice touch. The location was central, near some of the historic sites from Dürres. Could walk fine from the port to there with luggage with wheels. They also provided breakfast on our day of arrival for a small fee and kept the luggage before check-in so we could explore the city.

it's a little buffet and i prefer another options like more fruit. The ramp og the entrance is very small and it's very dificult with the lugagge

The most comfortable stay on our entire trip around Albania. Breakfast was fantastic.

Breakfast was until 11:00, we arrived at 10:00, everything at the buffet was empty and we had to tell the staff that it is unacceptable that there is no breakfast left at one hour before closing it.

Everything, value money is very affordable for that area, newly renovated hotel and very near to everything all walkable to amphitheater and Venetian tower. The breakfast is very good and the management hospitality is so outstanding. They even assist us for our friend proposal for free!! Salute to this guy very kind and hardworking. Thank you so much to you and your team🙏🏻

Nothing was disappointing :) But maybe a few cups and an extra blanket would be nice in the room.

This hotel gives you a lot of value for your money. It is located at 15 minute walking distance from the beach, boulevard and tourists spot. Tons of coffee places, Bakeries and grocerie shops nearby. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. A large bed and small fridge. WiFi worked super fast ⏩. The shower was very good and everyday the nice cleaning ladies cleaned the room. In the morning breakfast was being prepared, no buffet but freshly and it was one of the better breakfasts I've had in a while. Freshly baked eggs, sausages and cheese. You have the breakfast in the bar under the hotel, wich is a lively place where many locals come for a morning coffee or breakfast. The staff gave me such welcoming feeling, always genuinely friendly and helping me with everything. They really know how to treat their guests and I have no words to express how great they all were.

The parking space is limited and it is near the street which isn’t ideal. Another guest was asked to move the car because there was a van coming. But there were no issues

It was a really clean and luxurious hotel. With fresh breakfast. Definitely worth the money.

Located in the centre of a busy city, the hotel offers modern, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and with useful bathroom amenities (bonus: the toothbrush and mini toothpaste that came in very handy when we arrived late). The breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for the beginning of a busy day, and the kind, helpful staff was there to serve with a smile!
