Everything was really nice, the location is perfect close to the beach, cafes and bus station. The owner is really nice and attentive person, always eager to help with anything. We enjoyed staying at this hotel

We had a great stay at Ergi Hotel with the family. The owner and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, with comfortable and nicely furnished rooms. The food was very good, and the location is great– just a short walk to the beach, the promenade, and plenty of good restaurants.Easy to find parking too. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Ergi Hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would stay here again! Thank you!!

This is family owned hotel, all the staff were happy, their faces shined, we really felt us welcomed. Should we had any problems, which we didn't, I'm sure these would have been solved quickly, owner was there all the time.

It's near the beach, approximately 5 min walk, with all the restaurants, shops right next to it.

The hotel is near to the sea. Its quiet location.

The parking was on the street. Breakfast was modest.

The hotel is modern, clean and cheap. It's located 200 meters from the beach. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping is available upon request (you leave your room key at reception in the morning and ask for it to be cleaned – we did this every other day). The rooms are clean. There is air conditioning, but only in one room, and we had a family room with two bedrooms. You had to keep the door open. The balcony is very small, and the rooms are very tiny. There are limited places to leave luggage (if you're staying for a short stay, that's fine, but we stayed for nine days and there was very little space). The hotel is managed by a very kind host and his sons. They are always on site and available for advice and assistance. They are very helpful. They speak English very well. The hotel is very close to the beach. There are inexpensive restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious and affordable dinners and lunches. There are also plenty of grocery stores.

Breakfast is very basic. I give it 3 stars. Drinking options include plain water and two types of colorful juices. Coffee is available for an additional fee, but it's very tasty and inexpensive (espresso 70 Lek = €0.70). There are 2 types of cold cuts, 2 types of cheese, 2 types of vegetables (tomatoes + cucumbers), and 2 types of fruit (red and yellow watermelon). Scrambled/fried eggs and sausages. That's it. Next time, I'll choose without the breakfast option, as there's a great bakery and bistro across the street—very inexpensive and delicious.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! Everything was absolutely wonderful during our stay. We arrived outside of regular check-in hours, but the owner made the process incredibly smooth and quick. We were warmly welcomed and settled in with no issues at all. The hotel itself was excellent — clean, comfortable, and very pleasant, with air conditioning and other stuff that was need. Breakfasts were a real highlight! Really fresh and delicious with varieties. Special thanks to the staff and the owner — they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our experience even better. Another great bonus was the location: the sea was less than a 5-minute walk away, and the nearest beach was clean and well-maintained. We had a fantastic time and would gladly return. Highly recommend this place!

We visited for the second year in a row because we absolutely loved our stay, and once again, Luan and his family made sure we felt comfortable and cared for. A wonderful first visit to Albania Our first trip to Albania was truly memorable. Despite arriving with little information, everything fell into place thanks to the warm welcome from Luan and his lovely family. The hotel is peaceful and well-located, just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants and cafés. Our room was clean, comfortable, well equipped and had a beautiful balcony — ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and swimming. Breakfast was varied, especially the homemade pastries, cakes, and marmalades by Bruna. We also had a fantastic fish dinner prepared by her — highly recommended! A heartfelt thanks to the kind daughter who helped recover a forgotten phone in the tour bus during our visit to Berat — her help was invaluable. Through our conversations with the family, we learned a lot about Albanian culture and local life. We’re very grateful to Luan, Bruna, and their kind daughter and son for their hospitality. This was a heartwarming and unforgettable stay — we would love to return.

Clean and near to the beach

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Luan and Brunas place, we quickly felt like we were staying with family! They are amazing hosts, always ready to help with a smile on their face, their two grown children were also working and just as wonderful as their parents! We had some issues when we first arrived, one in our group lost their phone, and Luan took us to the airport and helped us figure out where to look for the lost phone. We found the phone! Luan and Bruna also helped us with renting a car, buying some luggage and were both always ready to help and suggest things for us to do. The breakfast was great, they had a selection of warm food as well as cold, and there was always fresh fruit. Meeting them for breakfast to chat soon became a welcome ritual, and a great way to start our day. We got an upgrade to our room, we were very thankful for the balcony in that room and spent a lot of time there! The rooms are newly renovated, fresh and clean. The area is calm and it was easy for us to relax at the hotel after a long day out. It only took us 2 minutes to walk to the beach, we spent a lot of time there as well! We all loved the hotel, the family that runs it and the area and hope to be back soon! Luan drove us to the airport on our last day, and we were a little sad to be leaving this wonderful place! We highly recommend Hotel Ergi, we felt extremely privileged to have had the experience of this place and it's staff! Luans brother runs the hotel next to Ergi and was also extremely helpful and kind to us.

Small hotel run by a nice family. Clean room, delicious breakfast. Parking was easy.

Thank you very much to Luan and Ergi for the warm welcome. We received a free upgrade, a family room, for me and my son. We appreciated very much the shuttle to Durrës airport, thank you again, Ergi. Definitely, we will stay here if we will plan to visit Durrës.

Clean quiet place staff are very friendly

The hotel is well located, 250 m from the main beach. The owner and his family became our friends! Always helpful, ready to chat and you have a feeling like you are at home. Elda is a perfect receptionist, always ready to help and to give you a good advice. Thank you for everything! We recommend this place and we will come back for sure!
