The staff were really friendly, professional and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. The location was perfect and central to everywhere in Durress. They also contacted the sister hotel in Golem, where i was able to use the facilities for free for the entire day.

The breafast was limited.

We really enjoyed all of the dining experiences, the team serving food and drinks were wonderful and went above and beyond

We were greeted with a staff member on arrival who seemed disinterested and as if we were inconveniencing her. this remained consistent through the stay, though her colleagues were extremely pleasant. We also paid to have a massage which was carried out by a man who seemed under qualified and had bad hygiene standards which severely impacted our perception of the stay as the spa is overtly advertised as 'high quality'.

The hotel was very convenient for everything we had expected culture, food & close to the sea. The hotel was in a good location and easy to walk to most places.

As above the location was good with plenty of places to eat and socialise and a very friendly warm atmosphere all times of day. Also good value for money when eating out etc.

The location is very good, and the building looks charming from the outside.

Even though it is a 5* hotel, sometimes they had a "can't do" attitude. There shouldn't be a problem with getting a scoup of ice cream in the evening or, when asked for a certain cocktail, and you have the ingredients - why not try to make it happen? When approached by a guest with something that isn't to their full satisfaction, take it seriously, don't state your personal point of view. We also work in the hospitality business, and we know that sometimes we can not understand why something is a problem, but we solve it anyway. That's the job...

One of the best-preserved buildings in Durrës. It’s been really well maintained and has a lot of character. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal; in the centre, and close(ish) to the waterfront, bars, and restaurants. Staff were helpful throughout, especially in the restaurant where the food was great. The à la carte breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend

This is a superb option for a stay in Durrës. The hotel is impeccably managed and the staff are totally customer focused. Breakfast is superb and the hotel’s food is very very good. We don’t often take our evening meals in the hotel in which we stay. We ate here twice. The menu is diverse and prices are fantastic. Great atmosphere!

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Epidamn mostly due to the sparkling, efficient and friendly service we received from all the staff. We were made to feel special. We loved the location in the heart of all the activity and close to beaches and fabulous restaurants. The old world feel of the hotel is unique and fun, the rooms generous, well appointed and very clean. The bed was perfect for a great sleep

We stayed at the suite, and it was truly beyond my expectations. The space was much larger than I anticipated, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the bathtub right in the room—such a luxurious touch! The balcony was huge and offered a view of the ocean—perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning right next to the palmtrees. Combined with the hotel's exceptional service, ideal location near the beach and main street, and the great breakfast, this stay was nothing short of perfect. The staff was really serviceminded and helpful to every single aspect. Dinner was easily a 5 star one. We really had an exceptional stay and can’t wait to come back! I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptional—professional, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Special thank you to one lady at the reception. She helped out with booking a cake for my mothers birthday, really walked the extra mile with ordering and making it a surprise to always remember at the dinner. The dinner itself was really a 5 star. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to both the beach and the main street, making it super convenient to explore the area. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a great variety. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. We used the turkish hamam as well. What a nice treat. We even extended the stay for one night. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!
