The staff were really friendly, professional and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. The location was perfect and central to everywhere in Durress. They also contacted the sister hotel in Golem, where i was able to use the facilities for free for the entire day.

As above the location was good with plenty of places to eat and socialise and a very friendly warm atmosphere all times of day. Also good value for money when eating out etc.

The bathroom was clean but small and a little on the tired side.

One of the best-preserved buildings in Durrës. It’s been really well maintained and has a lot of character. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal; in the centre, and close(ish) to the waterfront, bars, and restaurants. Staff were helpful throughout, especially in the restaurant where the food was great. The à la carte breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend

This is a superb option for a stay in Durrës. The hotel is impeccably managed and the staff are totally customer focused. Breakfast is superb and the hotel’s food is very very good. We don’t often take our evening meals in the hotel in which we stay. We ate here twice. The menu is diverse and prices are fantastic. Great atmosphere!

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Epidamn mostly due to the sparkling, efficient and friendly service we received from all the staff. We were made to feel special. We loved the location in the heart of all the activity and close to beaches and fabulous restaurants. The old world feel of the hotel is unique and fun, the rooms generous, well appointed and very clean. The bed was perfect for a great sleep

We stayed at the suite, and it was truly beyond my expectations. The space was much larger than I anticipated, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the bathtub right in the room—such a luxurious touch! The balcony was huge and offered a view of the ocean—perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning right next to the palmtrees. Combined with the hotel's exceptional service, ideal location near the beach and main street, and the great breakfast, this stay was nothing short of perfect. The staff was really serviceminded and helpful to every single aspect. Dinner was easily a 5 star one. We really had an exceptional stay and can’t wait to come back! Thank you for this experience, until next time!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptional—professional, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Special thank you to one lady at the reception. She helped out with booking a cake for my mothers birthday, really walked the extra mile with ordering and making it a surprise to always remember at the dinner. The dinner itself was really a 5 star. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to both the beach and the main street, making it super convenient to explore the area. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a great variety. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. We used the turkish hamam as well. What a nice treat. We even extended the stay for one night. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

The hotel has a strange coffee policy. You are only allowed one cup with breakfast (included with room). Any additional cups are charged for. Also, our room had a coffee machine with pods which we thought was great and used on the first morning. We asked for more pods the next day and were told that these are only supplied on the first day of your visit! They really need to change this policy as the hotel is really excellent in every other respect - they might be saving a small amount of money but it is very annoying and a lot of people have mentioned it as a negative in their reviews

Beautiful old building - interior decor very nicely done with lots of ornate dark wood and ornaments. Our room was a nice size and had its own private roof terrace overlooking Epidamn Boulevard. All the staff were very polite and attentive and spoke good English. The breakfast was excellent - not a buffet, but a choice from an à la carte menu. We had lunch in the hotel a couple of times, which was really delicious and very reasonably priced. We used the hammam (free for guests) which was just a big steamy room. Quite nice to relax in for a bit. Otherwise there are massage treatments on offer but we didn’t try these. The location is perfect for exploring Durrës - very near the amphitheater and Venetian Tower and a few minutes walk to the sea front and beach

There was nothing I didn't like.

I loved my room with the dormer window & gorgeous views over the town. Wonderful meals in the restaurant, with very attentive staff. Also loved the old worldie dacor & the atmosphere of the hotel. The price of the booking was a nice surprise & very cheap, but I was Mid May, shoulder season i guess?

Would have given a 10 out of 10 rating except for the open shower, which resulted in a very wet bathroom after each use. That said, would still highly recommend and be happy to stay again.
