The breakfasts were a little bit thin. There wasn't any fruit which would have helped us vegetarians but there was cereal. Sometimes there was bread and sometimes not, and the choice of jam was limited.

The Hotel Enkelana is a beautiful hotel. It is clean with comfortable rooms, ours overlooked the lake. The views were stunning. The reception rooms are truly excellent. There are outside tables and chairs under shade, which made a wonderful place to rest or socialise with our family. The hotel also owns a restaurant and bar on the lake which was idyllic. At check in the staff were really helpful and kind, my daughter and her husband had their bicycles with them, as they are cycling to China and the hotel staff looked after them for us.

The Wi-Fi connection in our room was terrible. It made it very hard to use the internet so be aware if that is important to you.

The location is great and the staff are very helpful! The view from our room was also fantastic.

Nothing much to dislike really.

Very comfortable rooms at great value for a large group. The manager and front desk staff were very helpful in getting us taxis etc and giving us recommendations.

View from balcony of city & lake was great. Very convenient for dining, banks/ ATM, groceries. Walking distance to Intercity bus station if you don't mind the hike uphill. April seems a little early for some of the activities & could not find the tourist information Centre. Weather colder than expected for spring(snow was forecast the night after I left). A great stay. Recommend location & accommodation.

Food service should be improved. Breakfast could be better. We also had dinner at the restaurant, but not very tasteful. Pool facility not accessible at this time due to renovations.

The hotel has a top location. The rooms are recently renovated, very spacious and offer an amazing view.

i think i stayed in the newer part of the hotel. everything was very good ( room size, cleanliness, staff assistance, parking, location, etc. ). i have got the room i booked, that means with a balcony and a lake view. very nice.

The hotel is quite basic in a number of respects. The breakfast buffet was fine and offered eggs, bread, sausage, cheese, tomato, cucumber and jam, as well as cereal, but it was not a big buffet, there was no fruit, the coffee was terrible. In the hotel rooms, the bathroom was small, the shower was fine but soaks the floor, the bathroom products were basic and not very good quality. We don’t speak Albanian and the staff at the front desk did not speak a lot of English, so we didn’t manage to get much helpful information from them.

The hotel has a great location; we loved that we could book a room with a big window and a balcony with a view over the lake and mountains. The bed was very comfortable; the room had what we needed. It was nice that the hotel has its own beach area in front of the hotel with sun loungers and umbrellas, with easy access to the bar/ lounge if you want to buy drinks. There are shops very near and the hotel is at one end of the lakeside promenade and there are restaurants, cafes and bars all along the promenade area. Although we didn’t need an accessible property, it is great that the hotel is accessible and Pogradec itself is very flat and accessible and attracts wheelchair users and older people because of this.
