Water was too expensive. Spending 30-40 eur per day on water seems a lot (5eur bottle of water) Not having a menu on the beach, getting response like “you don’t need a menu, i’m the menu” Waiters were not trained properly, didn’t know the types of drinks they have (what type of tequilla they serve) or not knowing the type of oysters they serve Room service once came at 5pm, other days was OK

The access to the Sanur pool, it doesn't make same for me that you have to pay extra for getting access to the pool meanwhile staying and paying the hotel.

the structure is amazing, fulfilling all our needs, the room was beautiful and cleaned every day.. the staff was very kind and helped us with every necessity. we had an amazing continental breakfast and amazing drinks at the bar.

The prices of the sana beach bar were too high. Not sure if this is connected to hotel or separate. Great cocktails but very expensive. It was modern which some people enjoy but I prefer a more cultural touch. The robes in the room had holes in. It was quite expensive overall. The breakfast had a good variety of foods but didn't have a home cooked feel.

A gorgeous hotel with lovely facilities. Very relaxing and serene. Perfect for winding down and chilling out. Very chilled vibes. Private beach and pool feel very safe and enjoyable. I appreciated the security at the entrance. Lovely views of the ocean. The hotel bar is good for a pool side drink! Wish we found it earlier. Pina coladas in the sunshine were fabulous.

The pool area was a lovely feature and generally enjoyable, though during peak times it did feel a bit small to accommodate all guests comfortably. The Sanur Beach Club was a beautiful spot to relax, though it wasn’t included in the stay and required an additional fee for access. While the setting was great, I found the food and drink prices there quite high for the area—a Corona was $9 and cocktails ranged from $18–$22. The included breakfast was nice and offered a good variety, but there’s room for improvement in freshness toward the end of the service window. Going between 9:30 and 10:00 often meant the food had been sitting out for a while. It was a thoughtful touch that the resort offered a salon for guests, especially for the ladies. However, the space lacked the proper tools to do even a basic quality blow-dry. That said, the woman working there was truly lovely—warm, welcoming, and clearly doing her best with the limited equipment she had.

The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view of both the pool and the sea. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional—and it was especially helpful that they all spoke English fluently.

Honestly i had no issues with the property. The only thing I would add is maybe they should have a rule on guests reserving pool beds with their towels for more than 30 minutes. Some people put their towels there the whole day and come and go as they please which isn’t great.

Everything. This was probably the best resort I’ve stayed in. Everything was new, clean and the staff were all amazing. The look of this place, with its huge pool AND its own private beach are incredible! And the breakfast was top tier

If I had to be picky, the beds you had just a sheet across them with a doona for you to pull out and make yourself. I’ve never had to make a bed myself in a luxury resort or any resort for that matter. It wouldn’t stop me from coming back but should have the bed made prior.

Pros - Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly, facilities are good. The private beach is amazing. Cons - some parts of the hotel are “under construction” and I did not expect to hear drilling and hammer banging while sitting at the beach. GYM was very lacking, equipment is old it’s worth to make a small renovation… Price of the hotel room is worth it, but the prices in the hotel’s restaurant are way too expensive for Albania…
