As soon as we arrived we were made to feel at home, everyone at the hotel was so hospitable and such genuinely kind and lovely people. The room was modern and very clean with all the facilities as advertised. The location is excellent too, only a 10 minute walk to the centre with bars and restaurants. Free private parking was also available at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of options as well as hot drinks.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The room was clean and had a good air conditioner, which was super necessary with the summer heat. What we definitely highlight about the hotel is the staff. They were very attentive and always willing to help with whatever you need. Also, the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was delicious. Without a doubt, a perfect place to stay again if we return to Albania!!!

I always say that the staff is the most important in every business! This time, after our first day, I had a feeling that we know each other for years ! Very friendly, very responsible and willing to help. I have visited many countries (100+) and stayed in many hotels but I never had hosts like them ! A+++++ Keep it up !

Really clean and comfortable rooms, just a 10 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants. Large parking space around the back. The owner was really friendly and welcoming and gave great recommendations around the area which helped us a lot.

For some reason we couldn’t access our Netflix and Amazon prime account on the TV but we were hardly in the hotel room as we were busy exploring Sarandë

I had an exceptional stay at this property! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the proximity to the beach made it incredibly convenient. What truly stood out was the staff—they were absolutely fantastic. From the warm welcome to the consistent helpfulness throughout our stay, they made the experience truly memorable. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a fantastic variety with a delightful taste of authentic Albanian dishes. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Parking is in the back not really convenient. You have to leave the key with the staff which is really uncommon.

The only thing was not good in this hotel is the breakfast. Not a lot of variety of foods, they didn't have cold cuts on any day, and if i've eaten after 9:30, usually the egg (almost only have fried eggs - which i don't like - every day, no scrambled eggs or omeletts) or the sausages were cold.

The staff is very kind in this hotel, every recepcionist always asked every day , if i need anything. The room is very good, it's enough for 1 person, well equipped, and the air condition provides good temperature for sleeping. The location is fine, 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre or the bus stations.

The staff, the owner and the manager were so kind with us. We were treated very well all the time. Breakfast was nice, with variety of eggs, omelettes and crepes changing every day. We stayed for 3 nights. The room was a little bit noisy because of the road, but okay for sleeping with the window closed and aircon on. In overall, good place for a good price.

We found trash under the bed from previous guests, things were falling apart in the room, the staff are not always very nice. The room was too tiny, we could barely move around. The shower definitely needs renovating because we hated using that shower and having the whole floor and bathroom wet. We appreciate the staff and love the family vibe but wouldn’t come back. It’s a far walk to the beach too, 20 minutes.
