The staff were friendly and helpful. Aqhi is the staff to go to for hidden gems in South Albania, he gave excellent insights on where to visit in Albania.

The breakfast is not so great

Nice pool. Breakfast buffet gives you a choice what to eat. Very helpfull staff.

There was a little confusion on the booked rooms. On booking.com it was two rooms, which counted for three for the hotel, due to it being adjoining rooms.

Family business with very committed and nice personnel, which constantly make the effort for the customers to feel at ease. Spacious and nice rooms, all very clean. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed much the swimming pool, that is big and deep, specially as the weather has been really warm during our stay. The location feels a bit strange at the beginning, as the hotel is directly on the road but it is finally ok and very convenient to visit Gjirokaster and the surroundings. Overall, very good quality for the money. We have enjoyed a lot our stay

All was fine. If just one point of improvement, the air conditioning seems centrally controlled and possible to regulate individually only at night. It worked well two nights but the last night it was not possible for us to regulate. Not a big deal but could be annoying in very warm nights.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful. Pool was very clean.

Airconditioning was centrally regulated- often locked during day time. This was probably to limit energy waste and costs. As such, in the evening it took a while to lower the room temperature.

A wonderful and very well-organized hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the pool was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, rich, and varied. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely come back again! 🌷

Very good localization, super swimming pool, comfortable room, delicious breakfast and very nice hotel staff. As a family we had a very good time staying at the hotel with a beautiful panorama for the mountains.

Absolutely perfect, best hotel during one week trip to Albania: new hotel, perfect location, free parking, beautiful modern interior design, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, huge TV screen, spotlessly cleaned room, great breakfast area with a great buffet. And last but not least: amazingly friendly and motivated staff!

Absolutely nothing, I really don't know what could be improved in this perfect hotel.
