There was a little confusion on the booked rooms. On booking.com it was two rooms, which counted for three for the hotel, due to it being adjoining rooms.

Nice pool. Breakfast buffet gives you a choice what to eat. Very helpfull staff.

All was fine. If just one point of improvement, the air conditioning seems centrally controlled and possible to regulate individually only at night. It worked well two nights but the last night it was not possible for us to regulate. Not a big deal but could be annoying in very warm nights.

Family business with very committed and nice personnel, which constantly make the effort for the customers to feel at ease. Spacious and nice rooms, all very clean. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed much the swimming pool, that is big and deep, specially as the weather has been really warm during our stay. The location feels a bit strange at the beginning, as the hotel is directly on the road but it is finally ok and very convenient to visit Gjirokaster and the surroundings. Overall, very good quality for the money. We have enjoyed a lot our stay

Airconditioning was centrally regulated- often locked during day time. This was probably to limit energy waste and costs. As such, in the evening it took a while to lower the room temperature.

Absolutely nothing, I really don't know what could be improved in this perfect hotel.

Absolutely perfect, best hotel during one week trip to Albania: new hotel, perfect location, free parking, beautiful modern interior design, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, huge TV screen, spotlessly cleaned room, great breakfast area with a great buffet. And last but not least: amazingly friendly and motivated staff!

Everything was perfect.

This beautiful hotel in Gjirokaster did not disappoint. The rooms were moderns and comfortable. The parking is easy and the pool is very nice. The owner of the hotel and his staff were really amazing and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit this Albanian city.

The warmth of the staff puts this up a notch - extremely pleasant, professional and helpful with recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was solid. If you're going by car and trying to visit a few places around the Drino Valley, this is almost certainly the most convenient spot. A lot of new amenities (central heating/AC, rainfall showers) were nice, though a little complicated to figure out, but staff got it sorted. Very good hotel at a solid price.

Kettle provided but no tea or coffee, though provided later free from reception. Fridge not working. Bathroom items not fully functional.
