The breakfast could do with some improvement, we found it insufficient and boring. No yoghurt, dry bread. Only peach jam. The pool was occupied with kids and young teenagers, constantly jumping from the edge of the pool. Very annoying when the pool is that small. Very small parking space in front of the hotel - you can't rely on having your car parked.

Beautiful hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillow. Good sized balcony, super friendly staff. It is right next to two different supermarkets. Pool access, sunbeds and umbrella on the beach included. They even made us breakfast in the morning before an early flight back.

The breakfast was very limited and reheating boiled eggs is an abomination. The reception was helpful but perhaps not the most knowledgeable with advice.

The swimming pool and garden was lovely. The hotel itself had a nice and relaxed atmosphere. The pizza was delicious and good value for money. The room was comfortable.

A few things could be improved - breakfast was pretty much non existent as the hotel wasn’t full so we offered eggs to be cooked. Given the hotel wasn’t full l, I’m not sure why they put us in the room with a broken shower. It looked to have a lovely waterfall shower, but we couldn’t use it as the knob was broken off so had to make do with the hand held one. Cocktails … for the price very disappointing!

The hotel is nice with large rooms. Anna on reception was so helpful and friendly. It’s close to plazh a few minutes walk to the beach. The pool was large with plenty of sun loungers. We paid for massages and wow they were amazing!

Very close to everything you need and want for a few days at the beach. Ana at the front desk is a gem! Breakfast was good with normal options. Our kids had the better room; ours was fine, just a bit smaller room and bathroom.

1- reception staff not very welcoming 2- safe was broken in room 3- beds were very uncomfortable in our room -was rock hard and meant that we had some poor nights sleep 4- lack of control over AC (could not set it to lower temp)

1- Pool was nice and quiet, clean and well maintained. 2- There was never a fight to get a sunlounger, the hotel had plenty. 3- Good walking distance from beach with access to sunloungers that were the hotels 4- very close to nearby restaurants and shops

Expected more according to price and location. AC was weird to set up, no duvets for the beds, breakfast was very simple, pool closed too early, we asked for more towels and felt like we were wrong and we didnt get any (I mean, how hard can it be?)...

The room was huge, comfy beds, nice pool, close to the beach and all the shops along Durres beach, parking, you could get a ticket to get free beach beds (unfortunately the weather was bad so we couldnt use it). Good for one night but some improvements can be made.

Great location just a few minutes to the beach. Nice view from our room where you could see the beach. Came with a balcony. A large pool next to the hotel and the breakfast. Wide selection at the breakfast. Plus for parking on the premises.

The bed was a little on the hard side

The location is ideal for the beach and long walks along the front. The walk is 1 minute walk on the flat, to get there. The pool is 1 of the best we have seen in Europe, as it is in the sun all day with plenty of sunlougers. Spotlessly clean hotel. Well done to the receptionists, cleaner and Elisa at the restaurant who kept breakfast fully topped up with her attentiveness.

The rooms is a little cramped for three people but good overall. The only really peeve is that Durres around the beaches has power outages at times. The phone system kept beeping during this outage and was a little annoying. Unplugged the phone and that was that. This was not a Hotel issue but, the entire neighbhorhood.

The rooms were very modern with a nice shower with great water pressure. The breakfast and staff were great. This was a last minute booking and it saved my trip as well let us rest

Alisa at reception and staffs at breakfast team are great. Location is excellent. Access to beach by walking distance, supermarket nearby. Housekeeper is reliable and quick. Foods are tasty.

The pool was not well organized, and the hotel was located on a narrow road, which was always overcrowded.
