There was a really wide range of options for breakfast and a lovely bar we often visited! The hotel was absolutely spotless and the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and always available.

The pool area is tiny and the spots were taken very early.

We really enjoyed our stay in Duka’s hotel. The personal was really lovely and welcoming. Our room had a big balcony with a hot tub and an amazing view to the city. The bed was very good - I haven’t slept this good in a long time. The location of the hotel is also really good - everything you need is in a walking distance. We absolutely loved the breakfast - so many great options to choose from.

Not being beachfront, and the neighbourhood is diverse, houses, parkings, gardens. The price for the value is a bit high considering it’s Albania, not really a luxury destination.

Nothing to dislike it was a great stay. The only thing I would say is that the pool isn’t in the best spot as feels like you are in the car park. However with the sea in Ksamil so beautiful you shouldn’t be at the pool anyway :)

This was a very comfortable hotel in a good location for exploring Ksamil. The room was really nice with a comfortable bed and quiet balcony and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were really friendly and gave us towels for the beach. Very nice breakfast with lots of options.

the family who owns it was so nice. my daughter wanted her pizza which was cold and they heated it up for her one night. they helped us with everything we needed. the place was so beautiful and close to beaches. excellent location!

Extra cost for decent coffee. It’s not much but surprised that even one cup is not included.

Extremely clean facilities, great location to beach and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and bedding is good quality. Having a rooftop jacuzzi and rooftop egg chair gave us the extra space we needed to rest and relax in. Good choice of food for breakfast. Though for decent coffee thats extra. Staff are extremely helpful.

A minor niggle, but we felt staff were a bit offhand when we asked them to replenish the coffee sachets in the room. Had to ask each day. No blankets in room and it was difficult to get the air-conditioning right. The pool was a bit small.

Coffee at breakfast was very poor and they have a bar with an espresso machine but you couldn’t find anybody to make you a proper coffee

We chose the room with outdoor jacuzzi which was very nice to have for a sunset dip. Room was modern just a bit small - unfortunately after a day the AC unit stopped working so they changed us to the suite next door. Spacious room and big terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi as well. Spacious parking, good breakfast.
