the hotel worker is just great. I booked the hotel at the last minute due to an unforeseen situation. They contacted me right away, asked what time we would arrive, if we needed a room for three people or two, since we were with a child. Half an hour after booking, I was already at the hotel. The worker called and asked for booking details, in the end he even went outside to bring us, since the maps weren't working for a while. Clean room, towels and close to the center

I'll start with the dangerous staircase, which is not fenced in any way and it's easy for a child to fall from the second floor.There was a railing on the second floor, but it was broken and we almost fell when we wanted to use it.To be honest, it's dangerous for an adult too. The shower is a bit strange, as a result the entire toilet is wet, you have to walk in slippers and then the entire floor in the room is wet. The heating system is for the entire hotel, that is, if someone changes the heating, it will change in all the rooms. The bed is really not comfortable, everything hurt after the stone mattress. They should have added at least a glass for water. If you are staying in Tirana for a long time, I advise you to find a more spacious hotel, as there was not even a bedside table for things in the room

Bathroom needs a hook to hang towel. Automatic light in bathroom needs a switch to turn it off. Bedside table needs a clean inside the drawer.
