Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

FranceGenerally speaking, it lacked the nice care and attentions you are expecting from this kind of standing, especially for the price of the rooms. The breakfast is not up to the standing of the hotel and tea/coffee is not included, you have to pay extra. The room was nice but lacked some extra touch to be confortable (we had only two pillows, no bedside light). They seem to operate overbooking policies : we booked a triple room with sea view and when we arrived it was not available and they gave us a double room with mountain view (which is cheaper). After complaining they adjusted the price and offered us a dinner. The staff was nice and handled it well but this was an unpleasanr surprise.
Location : beach quickly accessible by walk with the hotel secluded enough from the city noise. Private beach club with free sun beds and umbrella.

JordanBreakfast could be improved Wifi in our room didnt work the whole stay and even when we addressed the issue 3 times they never got it fixed What I didnt like at all was the loud music at the beach, completely out of vibe, as there were families with babies. They would turn the loud music in the morning and they wouldnt turn it off all day which completely ruined the experience one should have at the beach. So this is a reason I would not be back at Domi even with all the good things the resort has.
Property is very beautiful and has a great view of mountains and the sea. It has comfortable and clean rooms and it is 5 min walk to the beach. Also the staff is wonderful.

United StatesI liked the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The private beach nearby is lovely, free sunbeds and gorgeous blue water. Bring flipflops because the beach is rocky not sandy.

United KingdomPoor wifi connection, although stayed in bungalow closest to reception/breakfast area the signal was very poor and had to regularly go outside to reconnect. On our first night we went out early evening for food and couldn't get back to the accommodation as they had decided to lay concrete to improve the approach track which blocked access about 250 metres from car park. Like a lot of Albania there is a lot of building work at present onsite between 8am and 5pm with construction traffic operating in vicinity later throughout the evening. At this time of the year there is little or no night life and the beach bar operated by the hotel wasn't open or had sunbeds available.
The location isn't the easiest to find without a satnav and approach road/track is very uneven. Dhermi old village around 10 minutes drive away and worth a walk around

FranceUnfortunately the WiFi was not working in the bungalow when we were staying there but only in the reception. You need to have a good car to go there as the road is not easy.

United KingdomThe restaurant prices are inflated although the whole resort is and not value for money. The walk to the beach is not great and I wouldn’t do it in the dark.
The property is not completed yet but it was still very pleasant. Our room was great and the restaurant has a rooftop with great views. The staff were lovely.

GermanyThe charged us 10eu/ person (80 euros for two nights) for breakfast because we used Booking app. For others it was for free. I dont think this was fair for the below average breakfast they served. The last 300m of dirt road to get there was a bit heavy on the car.
The rooms wete very good and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, can easily walk to the beach, free sunbeds at the beach were very appreciated.

DenmarkThe place is still a building site and several buildings are not yet completed and stand as husks. Some lorry traffic and building noise from the areas around, and from the beach at the weekend evenings. No "lobby" to talk about, and the manager had to be called up and drive over here to give us the room keycards. The restaurant was okay. A bit unfinished, and opening times / when it was staffed was a bit unclear. Often we would show up and no one was there. The food ranged from great (the fish dishes) to absolutely terrible (the Carbonara was the worst I've ever had). These are all small nitpicks though.
Amazing rooms. Large and clean with excellent air conditioning. The views of the mountain sides and sea are spectacular. Friendly staff. Free parking was great, and it was only a couple of minutes to walk to the beach.

ItalyThe breakfast option or the bar would have been a big plus. Wherever you go by car, you have to pass all the town, which is a bit time-consuming. There is a lot of garbage in the surroundings.
Very new and clean small houses, you can see the sea from all the patios. Overall it was a very good place to stay, there is a nice beach 5min walking (free sunbeds), and our favorite beach just 2km away, many restaurants within 10 min walking. The town wasn't crowded like Sarande or Ksamil. Good wifi, free parking, very nice room in a quit area. Definitely recommend it.

United StatesThe room was disappointing, I requested a sea view but got a lodge instead. The entrance door was broken, one window didn’t open, and there was never any room service. We had to reuse the same towels for three days and even ask for toilet paper. The place was dirty overall, no beach towels were provided, and the beach was about a 10-minute walk away.
The only thing I truly liked about the property was the restaurant. The breakfast was very good, and the waitress was extremely hardworking and attentive, despite being the only one running it. That part of the stay was honestly the highlight.

CanadaWe were disappointed with our stay at Domi as it did not match the price or expectations. The property is difficult to access with no clear signage, and while the location has potential, the infrastructure feels unfinished. Our room, extremely modest for the amount of money charged, had several issues: a clogged sink, a shower that flooded the entire bathroom, stained sheets, and a bed that was actually a broken couch rather than a proper mattress. Small touches were also missing, such as a complimentary bottle of water, which is standard in hotels worldwide; instead, we had to purchase small water bottles for 150 ALL despite the 40°C heat. The road to the beach is unpaved and lined with construction, including exposed steel that poses a safety risk and if by mistake you fall thats a straight hospital visit for get tetanus shot. Breakfast, though included, was served in a restaurant without AC, poor food conditions where bees were having a feast on the cheese exposed without proper care. Unfortunately, we will not return.
