From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable — always available, super friendly, and incredibly helpful with local tips and recommendations. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and tastefully decorated with a stunning view over the Ionian Sea. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was pure bliss. 🌊☕ The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive or walk from Dhermi beach, restaurants, and shops. Best Host Ever – Spotless Apartment & Amazing Experience! This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had! The host was incredibly helpful – honestly the most kind and supportive host I’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth. He gave us great local tips, helped with parking, and even suggested cool attractions around Dhërmi. The apartment was super clean – every room looked like it had never been used before. You could feel how well everything is taken care of. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, and although the beach is just a 10-minute walk, the peaceful location is perfect. They also take care of the parking area 24/7, which is a big plus in Dhërmi. If you ever need recommendations or help, just ask the host – he really knows the area. We’re already planning to come back again and again. Highly recommended!

The location was great as it as close to the beach area we like to hang around. The room was clean and provided all the necessary equipment for an apartment, including cutlery and cooking dishes, washing machine, etc. The staff was welcoming, quick to respond and provide additional help.

Excellent place to stay with beautiful views. Great value for money and such a helpful owner! It was a lot of walking if you don’t have a car and going up and down to beach or eat out. We like lots of walking though. The town of Dhermi is near. The bed was so comfortable and apartment spotless clean.

The kitchen could have a few more key pieces of equipment (knife, cutting board etc.) so keep that in mind if you are hoping to cook a few meals.

We booked a sea-view flat and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The flat was beautiful with an incredible view of the sea right from bed and we were very comfortable. The location is quiet but still within easy reach of the beach.

It was a beautiful apartment. The main room had massive windows and a balcony, all sea view. The staff was helpful and attentive. It was very clean and it had all amenities that were necessary. If you enjoy walking, it is a 20 minute walk to the beach!!

We had a great stay at Liljana's apartment. She and her husband are wonderful people - very friendly so you can expect a great hospitality from them :) they also gave us hints what to see and where to eat. The apartment was clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was also astonishing. Every day the view at the sea was waking us up. The balcony was big enough to have there breakfast every day. The WiFi is fast. We had to work couple of days and we didn't have problems. In the kitchen is everything you need to cook. The bathroom has washing machine what is a big plus and a very spacious shower. Air conditioning was working fine. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time at Kotarja apartments!! Probably we will come back :)

Location is not ideal for beach/town/ going out in the evenings. We were able to easily get taxis home though.

Difficult to reach following the maps. The kitchen is not full-equipped with only one pan. It was not possibly to pay with card because the guy wasn’t able to use the card machine..
