Very comfortable bed, very pleasant staff.

Hooks needed to hang clothes in the room.

Everything was incredible. The rooms were great, food excellent and staff so kind and courteous. The spa was amazing, we had massages and they were the best we have ever had. The indoor pool and sauna were great too. Parking was underground and spacious. I will be back there next time I am in Tirana

This hotel is in a great location opposite the North/South bus terminal which was perfect for us travelling on to Sarande. The staff were amazing, and food and drinks were great and cheap. The beds are the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, better than our own at home. It was amazing value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel is beautiful, location is perfect and staff amazing.

Excellent facilities; the spa is great, comprising interior pool, jacuzzi, steambath, sauna, gym, all included in the price of the room. The breakfast is amazing, also, and the staff extremely polite and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel for either a brief or more extended stay in Tirana.

Located 5 kilometers away from the city center, car is needed to reach downtown. There may be public transportation available, but I had to use my car, which is a nuisance when it comes to traffic or parking.

My statement was amazing, from the room to the staff all was perfect. The spa area is comfortable and clean.

The smell from the bathroom especially the handwash basin is sickening. Bathroom also looked dated and dirty.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, welcome drink, amazing breakfast with a lot of variety and very good, big hotel with a lot of services, amazing spa with jacuzzi in which also children can go, good location, great price-quality ratio, big rooms. Can be recommended :)

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner e.g. around floor in shower but all in all very recommendable

Clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious buffet breakfast. Swimming pool, hot tub. Friendly and helpful staff. Right across the street from the north south bus station.
