However, the parking area is a bit intimidating, especially if your car is low. The cleanliness parking could be improved, and it would also be better if, when booking a room for a family of four, four blankets were provided instead of fewer.

A good hotel, located right on the edge of the city center, just a two-minute walk to the pedestrian zone. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is quite decent. Highly recommended for a stay.

Super friendly staff and went out of the way to make sure we was looked after. Had a really late 2am check in and they made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend

Nothing in particular, maybe there was not a lot of choice at breakfast, but it was still a good compromise considering the price

Just a small note: be aware that there are about a dozen stairs to reach the reception area.

This small hotel offers great value for money and a pleasant stay in Shkodër. The lady at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the city center. Rooms are well equipped with air conditioning and a fridge, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is decent, and overall, the experience was very positive.

The hotel has a big staircase at the front that you need to lug your bags up. We had a few issues with housekeeping, getting towels, etc. The reception staff were excellent at fixing things up quickly, but a little more attention to these matters would be appreciated.

Nicely decorated hotel, in easy walking distance from the centre of the town. Very modern rooms, very chic! Staff were friendly and organised a day tour for us very professionally. The room we had was spacious and well laid out. Breakfast was good, not great. Staff at breakfast, however, were very friendly.

Nice new hotel, although a bit unappealing from the outside. Friendly staff, good breakfast. We were traveling by motorcycle and were able to park in the garage under the hotel.

What a beautiful and clean hotel. This was one of our favourite stays in Albania. The room was so clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with the option of a thicker duvet if you run cold at night. There were slippers and robes, and the bathroom and shower facilities were fantastic with excellent water pressure. There was a coffee machine and kettle in the room, and a fridge. The staff were so so helpful and kind, and the breakfast spread was lovely. We would definitely come back here. Parking is underground which is so helpful when there’s scorching summer heat outside!

From outside, it doesn't look like a hotel. But once you enter the house you feel very much comfortable. The room and bathroom are spacious and nicely designed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Great choice for a short stay in Shkodër. Our room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean. Wonderful breakfast with a wide selection of options. Helpful and friendly staff. The location is within walking distance to the tourist section of town but far enough away from the noise. We really appreciated the staff holding our luggage for free for about a week so that we could explore Theth and Valbonë National Parks.

No lift No halal certified meals

Did not expect it to be this nice, comfy and luxurious. Everything was new and top notch. Really nice staff , very helpfull. Free parking garage, under the farmacy. Next to the hotel there is an ATM.
